Absolutely outstanding service from the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians at CVS Pharmacy on State Route 43 in Streetsboro, Ohio! Every time I visit, I am met with friendly, professional, and compassionate care from the entire team. They go above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions are filled promptly and accurately, always taking the time to answer any questions and provide essential guidance.
The pharmacist (Michael Snider) is incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring that I understand each medication and any potential interactions or side effects. The pharmacy technicians are attentive, efficient, and treat everyone with respect, even during busy times. Their commitment to patient care truly sets them apart. I feel confident and valued every time I step in, knowing that my health is their priority.
Thank you, CVS Streetsboro, for your consistent dedication and service! Highly recommend this team to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, caring pharmacy experience.

Not sure what has changed as I've been using this CVS Pharmacy for almost 10 years and the past week trying to get a script filled has been a complete disaster. Not a single apology and customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen here. Very frustrating to see them joining the growing list of bad service locations.

I felt degraded by the pharmacy technician.
Between several CVS locations I had a hard time resupplying my needles and syringes for my own medications. Every location had one of the three things I needed, after going to another CVS I finally had one set of needles for drawing, another set for injecting, and syringes that didn't fit. So I stopped by this CVS on my way to Kent since others were out of a particular one with a certain lock, and when I talked to the rep he said he couldn't sell them to me without a prescription.
1. I do have a prescription, it's just not active and needs to be renewed
2. It's for a medication that I have to take for the rest of my life
3. I told him his statement was inconsistent with the policies of other CVS pharmacies, and was a relic of past failed drug policies.
Ultimately it just made me feel like he was treating me like a drug user, which is ironic because yes people use prescription drugs. But it's a ignorant policy because needles and syringes are not illegal to buy and sell, and it's irresponsible to not make them available to the general public.
So, instead of buying 4 needles for a dollar, I went on Amazon and bought 100 for $10 and I'm going to opt to have my medications mailed by my hospital just so CVS has that much less business from me.
