So he keeps his jobs plus what he choses that day to take home employees name is Ronald dye he does curb side order appears to be perfect employee

One particular staff member was incredibly hateful during tool equipment return plus refused to listen to my concerns about equipment that stopped working half way through the job. Sunday night "manager" stood by and allowed this employee to continue to behave in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. I've never been treated so poorly in a retail establishment.

moved back home to streetsboro from arizona, this home depot is not big on customer service. After many dissapointing visits there I discovered the Macidona store. I would highly recommend the extra drive to Macidona. the time spent driving is a trade off verses the time spent tring to locate anyone who is not put out by you asking questions, and asking for help. Recently we purchaced a home, and needed all new appliances and other things ($$$) the stores associates were way to busy b.s.ing and bothered to get the 7k we ended up spending elsewhere. we tried the Macedonia store and were pleasantly surprised, the staff were very attentive and offered great customer service.

This Home Depot has the worst customer service-the manager of this store should get some training from Ace Hardware-they've got it together. It's truly unbelievable how the customer is treated.

I'll never step foot in HD again! And I'm fine with that as there is a Lowe's next to it. I bought Bahr semi-transparent deck stain in Redwood tone. Does this look like redwood????? The guy would not take it back nor would he give me credit in the store. Took me close to 20 hours to power wash this orange paint off my deck. The guy was slightly rude and only offered to re tone it. He said it was non refundable.

A manager named Mark refused to honor the price match policy on a Dyson vacuum. If they only knew how much I USED to spend there they would have just done the right thing. Pay attention to what a company does, not what it says.

Came to this store over and over, because we always forgot something. This location is really close by for us, which makes it really practical. Never had a bad experience with either the place or the people. Came back multiple time to return items, due to wrong sizing (judgment on our end) and never any issues with returns. Fast, no question asked and reimbursed. There is quite a variety of choices. I always found someone to help us if needed, especially in the wood cutting area.

Went to the garden center and loaded my cart with 12x12 pavers. Finding them was no problem, and checking out was fast. About 5 minutes into our drive home, we noticed that we were charged for 16x16 pavers, which were double in price. So now it was a U-turn and a trip to customer service for a store credit. If the cashiers they put in place do not know the difference in the store product, put in people that do. It was an inconvenience for me because of an employee.

This is specifically for their tool rental department. You cannot schedule ahead and reserve any of their tools unless an hour before pick up so you are "rolling the dice" of what may or may not be there. Save your time and go to builders emporium in Macedonia.

I decided it was time for a new gas stove, and when I contacted Best Buy, they wanted $69 to deliver the new and haul away the old, plus another $149 to install the new. Needless to say, I declined that generous offer. I called the Streetsboro Home Depot, and Dennis told me everything I needed to know, including that they'd deliver, install, and haul away the old for only $20. When I went to the store at 8:45 am, there were no department clerks in yet. However, someone paged a clerk to the appliance department, and Julian showed up to help me even though it was not his department. He could not have been kinder and more pleasant to work with. It was only his second appliance sale, and he did everything perfect. When you're 58 yrs old, clerks just don't fawn over you like they do over the cute blonde 20-somethings, so Julian was a rare treat. I love the service I got from this Home Depot, and I love the new stove too.

It's the HOME DEPOT! What can I say?! I can tell ya that I have always had decent service here. I've never had a major problem that wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. Their customer service, in person, is top notch, while over the phone it is so-so. My kids love their monthly workshops. This one is usually clean and up kept. I can't complain.

I have to give this Home Depot a good review after the situation we just went through. Two months before our house was scheduled to be done, we went to the store and bought and paid for our washer and dryer and refrigerator. The lady we worked with is just a shining star in a world of black holes - she was SO great. Then, two days before it was all set to be delivered, Maytag called and said that our washer and dryer were backordered a month. Then Home Depot said they don't split shipments so we'd have to wait for a refrigerator. Um? Are you nuts? We finally got a hold of the right person here and she talked common sense into the powers that be and managed to get us a loaner washer and dryer and had our refrigerator shipped when it was originally supposed to. Our washer and dryer finally came, we love it, we realize it wasn't Home Depot's fault and they did the best they could do to make it right. This location has always had very helpful associates and is a great place to buy appliances. We thank them for all of their help!
