Pharmacist FRANK was EXCELLENT when I called here to ask questions about a female product. He was easy to talk with, very resourceful and helpful. Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to relieve my concerns! Giant Eagle is the ONLY place I fill my prescriptions!

This location stays pretty clean and well stocked. The part I don't like is that there are only a few friendly staff and the deli is now the worst I've ever been to. I've complained to the company about these things, hoping for improvement. The staff behind the deli counter should seek to wait on customers in line prior to doing other things. There is no sense of urgency to make the line move quicker. I've experienced this the entire year. Ridiculous how the store has gone down.

Store is like boot camp. You must March in their footsteps or they don't want you as a customer. You can't self checkout unless you have an account on file or wait around for a snobby employee to look down their nose at you to scan their approval to pay for your items. This regiment is not for me. Employees are absolutely the worst in Streetsboro area retail in my opinion. I will spend my dollars at the smaller grocers where customers are treated with respect and appreciated.

They make one the best strawberry cheesecakes I have ever eaten. I want to say the woman (Cindy) made them for me, per request and they were one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.

Ordered a Cassata cake for my fiancees birthday, they used 4 layers of cake. Putting strawberries on the bottom and the pudding in a totally different layer. One layer of the cake was half hard and they used the complete wrong frosting. Everything about this cake was wrong. Very disappointed especially because the cake is so expensive.

I just can't take it anymore. The amount of people in line who want to give you their money and have more than a few, completely full shopping carts, and you have 10 set check out lanes and 4 lanes operated by a human with no one bagging. Pandemic? Sure. I will give you a pass. However, this has long been the case. It's not new.... I am officially done and traveling an extra twenty minutes to ACME in hudson to find the best service of not better products. Hell WalMart will do! I love that I have to wait 20 minutes just for a poor elder woman to bag her own grocery's while four people stand right in front of her (talks mg to each other) to make sure all the lanes have no blinking lights WHICH THEY DO!!! No clue about service. No clue about human behavior. No clue at all.

Not a human resource centric place. They really need to invest in more check out clerks. Shelving groceries in the middle of Saturday rush. Carts and boxes and shelves everywhere. Additionally they are not following Covid guidelines even though the state of Ohio is. Attitude Amy, A supposed manager, was no help either. Thankfully we have Heinen’s for future.

This is the worst Giant Eagle I've shopped in around this area. The deli salads don't look fresh. The deli's meat service is very slow. The people at the meat counter and customer service desk are rude. Prices are very high compared to other stores in the area. My most recent trip will be my last.

I'm indifferent about this store. Good food selection and fair prices. But who ever set up the "directional arrows" probably never shopped here. When I come out of the Meat Dept. I usually make an immediate left turn into the Bread aisle...... Well, it's marked Do Not Enter. So I have to skip this aisle and go to the next one. smh.

I like this store for its proximity and the reward card program they have. You accumulate point for groceries discounts and discounts on the gas. I wish they would have explained it to me, as I am still figuring it out. It is also always clean and I never waited over than 5-10 min at the register. I found out that a few product are more expensive as their competitor, and by a lot. Take the example of the nut butter : same product/brand/ format is half price somewhere else. So overall convenient for location and having fresh produce; but the rest of the market would be for me, more expensive.

Employees are rude-especially at the service desk, it's very inconvenient for them to help you. Since you have to have a Giant Eagle cats to use self check out-It would be great if they updated their system to be able to type in your Giant Eagle # vs. scanning it. Acme does this so you don't have to have your card. I always love paying $200 and bagging my own groceries at a full service register. They might want to take some lessons from Meijers, friendly and they bag your groceries.

Can't use self checkout unless you join their loyalty plan. Super dark and slow store.
