I stopped donating because of the unappreciative attitude(no smile,no thank you, wait for you to unload, carry and drop at their feet lol) from not only the people collecting in back but the young lady “manager” who defended their rude and disrespectful actions towards the people that are giving the items to sell! I took my items back and posted them for free on Fb. If someone wants the items, maybe they might appreciate the gesture. Manager said that a “thank you “ wasn’t necessary since THEY were doing me a favor or service! Wrong! Do them a favor and give your donations to another organization that appreciates the items or trash them before subjecting yourself to this behavior. This occurred on 11/25/23 and many other times. Manager needs a lot of training but that won’t help. People skills are assembled during childhood.

Horrible attendant taking the donations. He does not say a word to you. Nothing! Completely rude individual. We will NEVER shop here again and will make sure to spread the word.

What a joke this location is. Even when hours on the sign say open. The doors are locked.

The people are fabulous- I had an accidental donation (thanks to my husband who thought storage clothes were donation clothes) and the staff (shout out to Autumn) helped me look for my clothes and fill out forms. After looking through the selection of clothes trying to find my own, I may just move from thred up to goodwill for my thrifting purchases - they have some great items and are SO helpful!!

I went here to drop off my late papas clothes the other day the lady was nice. But today when I dropped off more of his clothes with my Nana and helping her get the bags out of her the guy was red in the face and carrying them. When it came to the last 4 bags "can you help me carry them in next time" it didn't sound nice in the tone of voice he used. There were a lot of bags when I got them out he carried them in, I barely drop things off here, and this happens? If he showed my Nana where to bring them when we got them out then that'd been fine but I was mainly getting the bags out. Be kind.

Always seem to walk out empty handed. Stuff at this goodwill is overpriced compared to other goodwill locations

Great prices, clean and organized isles, friendly staff. Music was a little loud but I'd rather hear that than everyone's cell phone conversations LoL Will definitely be back.

It's not the prettiest store but I have great luck finding vintage glass here. I've found some really rare pieces for less than $5. Otherwise, it's hit or miss. They're sometimes understaffed and have to close early. Staff has never been rude to me but I don't really ask them for anything either. Decent enough location!

Rude Rude Rude! Asked about a piece of furniture with no price. Guy says it has to be reprocessed. So I wait around for that to be done. A half hour goes by and no one says anything. I go up to the register and ask the cashier, with a snotty tone and attitude she reply’s I already heard you ask him and he told you it has to be reprocessed. I say yeah ok, I’m very interested in it and would like a price. She proceeded to tell me rudely that reprocessing takes 24 hours and to come back tomorrow. The guy left out the 24 hour part! I said I live over an hour away and she continued to be rude and not helpful! How hard is to to go in the back and figure out a dang price? It NOT! I always stop at this goodwill when I come to see my mom but after today I won’t be back.

Inept staff and management. Why do they have 2 registers if they NEVER open both even if the line is a mile long? Waste of time.

Went this evening to donate quite a bit of stuff. I had a lot of stuff in the tubs that run $8 to $10 each. I've done that because it's never been an issue. I arrive and tell them I have tubs to dump into one of their larger containers. They inform me they cannot do that and that everything must stay in the tubs. I even asked if they could wheel a big tub to the door and I would dump them in. Nope they were persistent on keeping the tubs. I explained to them I wasn't donating the tubs, just the contents, they refused to take the clothing unless I was giving them the tubs. So I went to giant eagle and purchased garbage bags. I returned mind you in snow and rain and bagged all the contents into trash bags. I start getting out the bags and what does the same employee do? Wheels over his big tub on wheels and as I hand him the bags he dumps them into the same big tub. There was no reason for him to request me to to so when he just did the same thing I was asking before I went and put everything into trash bags. I think they keep the tubs and sell them as well. Most people don't realize this. We are already donating goods and on top of that I wasn't giving you over $80 worth of tubs!Edit after owners response. A complete and utter lie. If that was true then why didn't they just allow me to dump my tubs into the container. They wanted to keep the tubs which I wasn't donating. Again another way for them to make more money off of someone who was donating goods already at no profit for me. I call BS.
