I don’t usually write reviews but I was very impressed and thankful for a young lady who helped me by the name of Kelly B. Without hesitation she knew exactly which isle the silicone sealant was in after a young man tried to find it but was unsuccessful. Thank you Kelly.

Had a curbside order to pick up. The app wouldnt allow me to say i arrived so i tried calling the store so someone would bring it out. No one answered after multiple attempts. I went in and waited in line. The product i ordered was heavy (the reason why i got curbside) and the cashier told me i had to carry out the box myself “it’s not that heavy you'll be fine”. Being a 4’11 woman with a bad back, the 50 pound box was nearly impossible to get in the car by myself and was in severe pain by the time i got it in the trunk. Very disappointed in the service i received and will avoid returning to this location.

This is my first review. I bought 3 individual 100$ Apple gift cards. When the lady punched them in it showed they were not activated. Home Depo would not give me my money back , kept me waiting 1 hour 20 minutes trying to figure it out. They sent me on my way and told me to contact Apple. I have spent over an hour with Apple support and Apple have informed me the card were never activated by Home Depo. So home Depo has taken and kept my money with giving me dead unloaded cards and are unwilling to help. It is Easter Sunday and I will head to the Streetsboro police department to file a police report. I have tried to call the Home Depo multiple in Streetsboro to inform them of the information Apple has shared with me and they keep putting me on hold for endless amounts of time. I am out 300$ so far as of now and approx 3 hours of my own time trying to handle this with no care in the world from the Home Depo in Streetsboro. It's discussing and in my humble opinion a reverse theft. If I walked out the door with $300 of good and no money paid I'd would be in jail and facing a theft charge. A store takes $300 of my money and send me out the door with zero product on me to spend my time with a chance to be made whole again.

I went in there for kitchen which after a month had passed they told me to go to Lowe's. The plans were completely in one hour and was perfect

I'd give zero stars if I could.They harvest your information online from applications by putting specific positions on their website they're 'hiring for' when they're not actually HIRING (verbatim from a manager I just spoke to less than 3 minutes ago). They lie about why they aren't hiring as well, as I know people who work there and their work hours do not match what the person I spoke to gave me as to why they're not hiring.Horrible customer service, have gotten COVID from workers there (who I lived with and am family to) three times, themselves saying there is no mandate for any COVID safety there.Apathetic and angry management. Lots of people standing around on their phones doing absolutely nothing.GO TO LOWES.

Over the course of the past 3 weeks was in need of two appliances, a clothes dryer and a dehumidifier. The same young man, Kyle, took care of us for both purchases. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Great service. Our store and location (Streetsboro) of choice.Thank you

Better selection on appliances and flooring than the competition. Lumber had more of a selection than Lowes. Fast help and offers to help us should we have questions. We did. They had answers. Be back soon

It is absurd how much better this store is than the Lowes up the street. This store is actually aesthically pleasing and the people working here will actually offer you help. I live next to Lowes but I'm going to drive the extra half mile to actually go to an enjoyable store.
