You all need to get a new ATM machine this newer one won't take my checks I've been depositing my checks between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. for 40 years (16 at Huntington) Now I have to get up early to come in the next day and deposit it. One of the tellers told me awhile back to get the app I don't want anymore apps. And this newer ATM, I see everyone struggling to use it.

Went in to open an account for my 16 year old daughter. Teller says he’d let them know. No acknowledgement whatsoeverNot ONE face of color in the whole place. So I guess we weren’t worthy of talking to. Went to Twinsburg and was promptly waited on

This Branch is in horrible decline, all three of their ATMs that were unserviceable on an early Friday evening, greatly inconveniencing myself and several other customers.

I have nothing but issues and bad experiences at this location... I have been here since they opened waiting to open an account for my son and people who came in after me got taken back I was told it waa their 9'oclock appt yet it was 930 when the two other people arrived. That in my opinion should make that appointment null and void, they were late! Im literally to the point ill drive to Cuyahoga falls from this point on to do any inside banking because this place has given me nothing but issues!

Received a HNB CC in May and saved it for Vacation it had a very nice credit limit. Went on vacation used it for the car rental, supplies, souvenirs and food. While on vacation they lowered my limit without warning now overdrawn on our CC. And nothing in our life has changed ex: credit score in actually rcvd a raise. Just plan wrong to do this without justification. And forget when you call they just rude and not caring.

Six months ago they started declining my subscriptions every month due to "fraud". I've had Xbox Live longer than I've had Huntington. How is a 6 dollar charge from Hulu on the same date every month flagged as fraud? Time to move on before I have to go back to carrying cash and buying hulu gift cards like a child.

I’ve been coming to this Huntington to get change for work, never had a problem until today… sorry I don’t know her name but the older foreign lady told me today that I can’t get anymore change because I have been coming in too much. I have an account with them and everything, absolutely a disgrace.. will never be going there again

She called the police on me today because I raised my voice at her after she raised hers, she thought the police was going to do something but they even knew that she was being ridiculous which is why they did absolutely nothing!

One of the WORST Huntington Branches I’ve ever been to, Kelsey Williams, one of the employees there, is always so rude and disgusting every time I visit. Terrible experience here with a Bank Teller named Catherine. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mom and I went in to deposit a decent amount of paper checks, a seemingly simple task especially since the place is not busy at all. Catherine made snarky remarks about how there is a way to do it online and that it created unnecessary work for her. Instead of just doing her job, regardless of the hassle she felt, Catherine felt the need to express her distaste with our method of choice for depositing checks. The attitude she had left a sour taste in our mouth, and she treated us as second class people for our preferred method. To me, the option to deposit the checks physically with the teller would not exist if it is not already being utilized by some customers, so she did not need to be rude about it. When speaking to the manager, he dismissed our concerns easily, and reminded us of our options to bank elsewhere. How come it was his first instinct to send his business away rather than mend the situation? Does he not care about the reputation and business of the company he works for? Honestly, we noticed that our white counterparts in the store were being treated nicer and it is hard to not assume people will carry implicit biases with them, especially in Streetsboro, Ohio. We definitely will not return back to this location of Huntington, and we expect better from this bank.
