I recently switched over to key bank. I had the chance to meet with the manager Jonathan. He was polite and courteous. He reviewed some of my banking finances and showed me how my other bank was charging me fees that I shouldn't have been charged. I cant enough good things about this branch!! I'll be referring my friends and family to this branch!!

Went in with a few questions about getting direct deposit and asked about getting a voided check. Was rudely told my account doesn’t have checks. The rudeness of the teller was so much that I actually grabbed her card to know who I was dealing with. Cynthia was very rude and once she realized I was mad tried to play it off like she wasn’t like that at the beginning. Customer service was terrible. Can’t believe she works as a teller with attitude like that.

Worst bank EVER!!! they will get you with every charge they possibly can, then tell you it's your fault. Barely speaking english while you are trying to get them to understand you had a positive balance before they charged you bounce fees and then only refund one and leave you in the negative. Bunch of b.s horrible customer service.

Don't bank with Key! I wish I could give zero stars. Unfortunately I'm forced to deal with them because of my employer. I have made several attempts to get my HSA issues resolved. They say they will call back and never do. They have taken fees out of my HSA and not returned them. I got paid last Friday and still do not see money in my HSA account.

A bank that does not help you in any way regarding your account issues. Also the customer service at the front desk isnt that great. The front desk lady hung up on me when I was asking her questions.

The post office in streetsboro took out a charge for a P.O. box by accident. They reverse the charge in March. I paid the post office with a different credit card. Key bank now refuses to reverse this charge. They continue to charge me several hundred dollars in fees which I am not paying and they refuse to allow me to close my account since March. There bs response below is unacceptable. This error is their fault. I just did 3 way with key bank and the post office and key bank still insists that there is nothing they can do. They have now charged me more fees. This is fraud.

Made an appointment for 10:30 am. Don't mind waiting 10 minutes but we are coming up on a half hour wait. Doesn't feel very “hassle free†to me. Very disappointed with the service today. Normally I don't have any issues. The tellers always rock though.

Had a serious problem with their app and computer system. Takes money out then the system puts money back in and is repeated. So that's key banks failure to supply costumers with software. Worst part was the teller to the left. I called before I came In and I gave them my S.S number and they gave me all my account info. I called back 3 min later and the other teller says i cant do that. Well i just did? Im talking about my finanical well being and she tells me with "well excuse me."soon as i walk in the same teller i was on the phone with and i know because of her attitude. Told her my name and she tried to take it personal within 15 seconds of me walking in.
