Bought my Certified Pre-Owned '22 Kia Forte GT on 11/14/2023. Within a week and a half of ownership, I went to get my winter tires put on and it was discovered that one of my wheels is bent. After that, I wanted to have my car fully looked over to ensure nothing else was wrong with it. Took it to a Kia dealership closer to me to have it looked over and they found my brake pads and rotors totally warped, resulting in almost $900 I had to pay to have it fixed because it is not covered under warranty. This is unacceptable for a CERTIFIED vehicle. Would not reccomend this dealership to anyone.

Do NOT entrust your vehicle to Kia of streetsboro. Took car in for first maintenance and they can’t even inflate tires properly! One had 52 PSI in it!!! They weren’t willing to fix the mistake and I tried calling for days only to be hung up on! Most disrespectful and ignorant company.

BUYER BEWARE! I am flabbergasted at the lack of accountability and fair business practice I experienced at Kia of Streetsboro. After paying nearly $30K for a brand new 2024 Kia Sportage, I reached out to the dealership because the rear car mats clearly did not fit. I was happy to wait as they reordered new mats. When I went to pick up the new mats, they still did not fit, as witnessed by two of their parts department workers. I was told there are no mats that will fit the back of my Sportage correctly unless I go somewhere else and purchase after market mats. At this time I was still understanding, assuming I would be refunded the $175 I paid as a dealer add on to receive the car mats upon purchasing the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when, after speaking with several people at the dealership, including a manager, that they will not provide a refund. The manager, Gus, even went so far as to say he KNEW about the issue as he has the same car and the only resolution is to buy after market mats. So essentially, I paid $175 for car mats (separate add on line item) that were KNOWN to NOT FIT and I am not entitled to a refund? This type of shady business practice is unethical, unfair and most definitely the poorest display of customer service I have ever experienced. (The only bright spot in my experience was our floor salesman, Cleo. He was amazing throughout the entire car buying process and he tried hard to obtain the fair and appropriate outcome for this issue but sadly to no avail.)

Vince at Kia of Streetsboro provided exceptional service. His knowledge, transparency, and dedication to customer satisfaction set him apart. Prior to our arrival he sent a photo introducing himself and as we walked in we saw him first where he welcomed us with a smile. Thank you, Vince, for a memorable experience!

If I could give a 0 star rating that's exactly what it would be. We were going to hold off on leaving reviews to avoid being "those people" but after talking with my husband about our experience people should know this. It could save a life. Some weekends back we decided to stop into Kia of Streetsboro we remembered a referral from close friends who had recently purchased and loved their experience. Which on that subject this might be a Noah problem we want to believe the company is unaware of this dudes actions as I said our friends had the best experience and we were truly expecting the same. We were "greeted" at the front of the building by a swarm of salesmen where we were approached by a salesman Noah (before we could even exit the vehicle.) My husband and I both got out of our car and immediately were overtaken by the smell of ALCOHOL he smelled like a BREWERY!! We both looked at each other in disbelief but we proceeded to let him give his entire spule of complete BS because we were SO uncomfortable. We didn't have a specific vehicle in mind which was our getaway ticket we told him we would just like to walk the lot by ourselves to see if anything caught our eye. While walking we discussed that we would not be purchasing anything from KIA of Streetsboro and we were going to tell Noah we couldn't find anything we liked. By the time we came back he was with new customers and we used this as a chance to leave. We never even entered the building! Shame on that salesman, he probably doesn't even know we knew nor did he care that we didn't come back!! DISGUSTING!! DO BETTER KIA OF STREETSBORO!!

This company does not call back or update you on the status of your vehicle. If they do have your vehicle for more than 2 business days they are supposed to issue a loaner vehicle or rent a car. I'm going on day 4 of paying people to take my children where they need to be without an update on my vehicle. I have tried to contact their service department multiple times & get an automated message about how there inbox is full & cannot take messages. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Their sales department was fine. Their servicce department is terrible. They sold me a used car with some serious mechanical issues that should have been taken care of. I will say that when I took it back, they fixed it (no charge to me). However, the massive understafffing (or imcompetance?) of their service department people makes it nearly impossible to actually ever get any information from them. They never answer the phone in the service dept. They are terrible about returning phone calls. I unfortunately bought a service package, and this morning I called to speak to someone; you always have to leave a message and wait to hear back from them. I left a message at 7:45am (15 minutes after they opened). It is now 20 minutes until they close for the day and no one has called back. This is my typical experience with them. So if you want to buy a car here, first, take it to a mechanic to make sure it's sound. Next, never take your car here for service.

Stay away from this dealership!Worst experience ever!Very shady and misleading unprofessional sales man, Ethan and his manager.The salesman Ethan sent me a text message including the vehicle along with the vin number and car details.After working out all of the financials and being told I was getting a vehicle with all wheel drive and heated seatsThey had me pick up a lower model vehicle same color. They thought I wouldn't notice until I called him out in it. His response is, we couldn't make the deal so we put you in a lower model.

Scetchy car sales tactics. The engine of the car we bought was replaced without it being documented. Now we have a used car with an unknown amount of miles on it. Tried to contact them about returning the car, with 24 hrs of the sale after our mechanic had a chance to take a look and we were not assisted nor gotten return calls. Also tried to add over $3000 in "extra" fees twice while there to sign paperwork. Stay away from this place! It was so bad I had to contact the BBB as well!

The service department is terrible. Kendra that works in service has a nasty disposition when speaking to customers and thinks she’s a certified mechanic . Bought a vehicle from there and had problems every since it left the lot kept bringing it in and being turned around the car finally just stop working and shortly found out the car was sold with a old battery got it replaced and the car was still running hot took it back to them and they are trying to charge 150 for tightening 3 screws on the battery made the cooling and the car run hot. After finding out the battery was new and checked by a professional right before it was dropped off to them they said they will waive the 150 but the car couldn’t never come back to them. Listen they will know something is serious wrong with your vehicle and send u back on the road so they can make more money they are crooks please take your vehicle to a mechanic you can trust . Their staff is not trained or trustworthy and don’t know how to talk to people please save yourself the headache and money

I was looking for a new and specific telluride. I'm from Pittsburgh and was reaching out to so many dealerships. Kia of Streetsboro responded to my call and informed me that they had one left ready to go. We made the trip same day, had a great buying experience with the salesman. He took time to answer all of my questions, and stayed late as the store was closing as it was a big drive for myself. They provided great service and I would definitely enjoy to come back to buy another car from them. Thank you! Also thank you for the free oil change and tire rotation!!

Never received my memorandum for my new Kia Rio. So, i called them and they decided to play phone tag with me and route me to the finance department. (They rarely ever pick up the phone)When i finally did get ahold of someone. They said they sent it a month ago. I checked my email and did not see it. They then said they would send the memorandum right away to my email. They never did. So now i have a car with an expire temp license because of Kia of Streetsboro's incompetenceKias are great cars but if you shop here you really have to watch over these dealers carefully cause they can't do their job correctly
