“This Buzzi's Laundromat location (918 Monroe Falls Ave) is great! It is very well lit, extremely clean, and smells fresh. It looks like it was recently remodeled, so everything looks new. I especially love the fact you can scan their QR Code and pay for your washer/dryer right from your phone. And the woman that works their is very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back.”
“It definitely lives up to the name. It's super clean, lots of space & things to do while waiting... a TV, video games & massage chairs. There are lots of tables to sit at. The machines can take their card or cash which is nice. There are several sizes of washers & dryers.”
“The people there are always nice. I use the bulk laundry service, which can be expensive, but it's worth it every time. My apartment has unreliable washers and dryers, so I come here once every other month. When I pick up everything is clean & sorted, which makes my life easier. Only complaint I have is the bag discount is pretty low (5%), especially if you're doing the bulk service.”
“First, the quality of the cleaning and pressing of my shirts is first rate and the dry cleaning is excellent. Second, I find the pricing to be very reasonable. Third, I want to commend the owner for her politeness, courtesy and honesty. I accidentally left 2 $20 bills on the counter. A 1/2 hour later, because she had to research which customer did such a foolish thing, she called and texted me to let me know about the lost cash. Thank you!A Customer For Life”

“Well to say the least they save me. Everybody else was wanting to bring my suit back on Tuesday while I had to be on a wedding Saturday.. They were the ones great service good job very happy I will be back. I would say they are the best in the area. And they are open till 7 o'clock...”
“I saw the reviews and was skeptical, but I decided to use drop off service anyway. My laundry was done same day. Washed, dried, and folded, and my dress shirts were even hung on hangers. While I understand people’s frustration with some of the things they may have dealt with, my experience with drop off service was rather pleasant.”

“Came down here from Cleveland to do laundry as our dryer was broken, and Hubby has family in this area. Pros - this place is open 24/7 (including Black Friday 2023 when I visited), most machines cost only $3 to run, and there are three change machines that take up to $10 bills. Cons - there are quite a few "out of order" signs here today, including on one of the three change machines and on the lone bathroom.”

“This laundry mat is very clean including restrooms!! Shelia is extremely helpful and very friendly!! She will definitely put a smile on your face! The washing and drying machines are efficient and up to date! Surprisingly the cost is not that much!!”
