This place is amazing. Always clean and always stocked with everything you’re looking for. Everyone is very helpful and always going the extra mile to help you find things.
Today we were looking for something and Rachel who is the cashier out by the garden center was extremely helpful and helped us find it with the absolute pleasure and she was just amazing. Thank you very much for having great people like that.

So we recently purchased a stove from the store and when they came and installed it we found out they installed a unsafe line to our gas line. According to the gas company that doesn't meet regulations, we called to get it taken care of. Mind you we have two days left on the warranty. We called the store. They said there's a way they can fix it but then we'd have to go talk to customer service. We talked to customer service and just because there's two days left on the warranty, they refused to abide by your company's policy and refused to fix an issue that according to the gas company is yours to fix. Now I'm only giving you two stars because of the first person we talked to who understood you want the three stars for a full five star. We suggest you contact us, fix the issue that is required by you to fix that was under our warranty

I hired out two large flooring projects through Lowe’s this past winter, and it became a major headache shortly after. The initial measurement person who showed up was incredibly lazy and slow, and I could see it right away. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. My first flooring project became significantly delayed because of this measurement specialist. Their corporate flooring person is also a complete joke. He sent me all of the details to confirm and almost all were incorrect measurements from the measurement person, which I explained. I explained what I did want done, clearly and politely. The corporate “flooring specialist” named Brian ignored all of my phone calls and emails thereafter. I spent many hours dealing with the in store reps, who were also incredibly incompetent and took forever to do anything, even the simplest things. It was a full time job for me to stay on top of them through all of this. A week of planning turned into 6 weeks of nonstop calls and in person visits at the store with Lowe’s dealing with Hugh, who constantly made excuses for everything. It was exhausting to deal with when I was trying to renovate my place and work a full time job. My next project was the carpet, which they cut completely wrong and the installer saw it as well. The store forced me to pay for a new set of carpet and took forever to refund me for the old carpet that was cut wrong, and they weren’t going to refund it til I went into the store and complained. They never answer their phones. Horrible business model unless the goal is to scam customers. The only good thing in all of this was the installers, and they are sub contracted. They are the only ones who did a good job. Lowe’s employees and management are extremely incompetent, rude, careless, useless and dismissive to their customers. They will make this the most harrowing process you’ve ever dealt with. I’d heavily consider going elsewhere for your flooring needs or any other projects since they do not have the IQ or work ethic to process even the simplest tasks and information. The store manager couldn’t even be bothered to get involved or offer me even an apology in all of this. Saying they perform well below the bare minimum is an overstatement.

We were replacing a carpeted room with hardwood flooring. Upon entering the flooring department we were greeted by Kyle, who was very helpful. This review is for the flooring department and the whole process. We were kept up to date on everything the entire time with text messages. The installers (Dennis, and I don’t know his partner’s name) were absolutely fantastic!! They were amazingly fast and professional. Our floor was installed in one day and they didn’t leave any mess.
The only thing I haven’t received is the email asking me to rate the installers. I hope they send it because they are definitely a five out of five stars!
Our floors are beautiful. I will definitely return to Lowe’s for future flooring needs.

Shame for employees of Lowe’s ( Kyle and smith) while I was walking in the store I saw them talking in the store I ask them the location of items but they make me walk all the way end of aisle to find items while without looking items in scanner , it’s okay I can walk but how about the senior customer who can’t walk shame on management of the Streetsboro Lowe’s they shouldn’t be working here.

Was suppose to have a delivery made today and they didn't make the delivery nor did they update me and would not answer their phone alllllll day. I'm supposed to have a delivery and I don't even know when it will be made now! I get off work and the compliant line is even closed. How do I get a hold of someone without driving up there and raising hell????
EDIT: I had to call Brimfield Lowe's because apparently Streetsboro's phones were not functioning. This was for a couple of days. I was suppose to get a call from another company that was taking over the deliveries as Streetsboro Lowe's were having truck problems. I did get a call from the manager, Suzanne, later in the afternoon the next day and she apologized for all of the issues. I ended up going to pick up my mower myself. Had ordered a washer, dryer and refrigerator from them before and didn't have an issue. Must had been a perfect storm of issues this day.
