When my wife and I were shopping, we noticed we had a tire issue stopped in and spoke to a young man by the name of Austin Very polite and intelligent gentleman we decided to drive the 40 minutes to get our tires done completely completely satisfied and we’ll bring our other vehicle back when it’s due for those tires

6-15-24 Streetsboro Midas, we had “service tps system” warning on dash. Took it to Midas on a Saturday with service writer Austin explaining what the warning light really means. He was witty and smart and knew exactly what was wrong which was a dead battery in one of the cars tire pressure sensors. Austin’s personality made us relax about our car. They have a scanner to test the sensor batteries in all 4 tires without having to remove the tires. Midas fixed it and reset the computer on the car. We had a great experience and it was only $139. Overall it was nice to know you can get the car fixed on a Saturday when most shops are closed.

This was my first time using Midas; friendly and professional service, and I like the detailed diagnosis summary they provide of your vehicle. Needed a new starter and they got me in same day. A bit overpriced based on experience and estimates for the same service at other shops in the area, but none of them could get me in and fixed up for a week, so paid for convenience and timeliness!
