I am retracting my first rating this dealer doesn't even deserve a rating at first they were all nice to your face Clayton the salesman and the finance manager and all others I dealt with turned out to be not so truthful people they told me they would pay the over mileage on my truck at the dealership my truck was also to be a down payment well they pulled a fast one and put a freeze on it I do have message from there employee to this were I will be posting everything.Then 2 weeks later I get a bill on the over mileage from Nissan corporate what liars they were.Then it gets better text Clayton the salesman about the mark on the vehicle sent him pictures at his request told me after they all looked at pictures of this to bring it back they would definitely fix it and would take care of gas well yet again another lie from same people have texts for this and from Clayton the sales man.So I take it they can't fix it I have to drive to Bedford Ohio which is quite a distance yet no gas and my miles on a lease over 100.Then I turn them into better Buisness bureau there respond and I have them to we will send you a 100 gas gift card and add more oil changes well I already have six unless that to is a lie it's a lease so if I get rid of vehicle they now oil changes are worthless third the so called 100 gift card for gas was to happen when I went back to have car fixed that was a waisted trip because they again knew they lied.I do have texts and emails.So bottom line they think giving oil changes and a gift card would be ok.So I will be posting everything g public because I do have the proof of Thisbe I guess if you are ok buying a vehicle from a pack of liars then best of luck.I will keep posting until they stand behind there's promise and make all of it right the payment for over mileage the gas they promised from day one no wonder kids lie they have good roll models in these guys they don't even deserve a star they are liars

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I would buy a car from a crackhead before I go back to that dealership. I test drove 2 trucks and both were malfunctioning and filthy inside (smelled like a skunk lived and died in there) (residue left all over the center console) and out (they were both 2022's all dinged up and the one already had rust on it) even though I had an appointment for them. Also kelly blue book your trade in before because they will lowball you more than any other dealership. The disrespectful manager clearly didn't want the sale. I would recommend buying a bus pass before buying from there.

Dropped the ball whenever possible. Advertised with a tow package but no hitch. No spare tire on a 22 titan. Lost my key on pickup even though I called an hour ahead to have them have it ready to go. I had to get gas when I drove it off the lot. They mailed me verification that I would pick up my license plates at the dealership but didn't order them and didn't tell me. The bottom of the barrel classless dealership.

Horrible!!!! We went there to look for a new car and I have never been to a place where there is not a person running out to the parking lot to help you. I also had a car that I was planning to buy when we did end up looking around and I told them I was going to come back the next day and buy it. I called before we left to go there, they said it is still available and they are getting the car and paperwork ready for it. When I get there (I live 40 minutes away so it's not a short drive) they tell me someone sold the car and it sold 5 mins before we got there. (There's no way it took 40 mins to buy a car sorry) so I basically drove there to get my hopes up and end up with them asking me if I had another car in mind... never EVER will I go there again nor advise anyone else to go there as well!

DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS. Nick the sales manager said he and Troy Grahm would call me to address the plethora of issues I have, but Troy made one attempt to call me and despite my multiple requests to call back, nothing. He is supposed to be a caring director, yet here is all that has happened to me with absolutely no attempt to reconcile:1. They refused to give me a spare key because according to Nick, 'We're already losing money on this car'2. Their finance person sold me an extended warranty, swearing that it takes affect the day I bought the car, and he confirmed that twice. Turns out it was not, it was from the original in service date of the car, so he sold me a bill of goods, basically losing almost 2 1/2 years of my extended warranty. The finance person's response? 'I did not charge you our service fee'. That was his way of making it right?3. When they finally decided to give me a spare key, I drove for over an hour to get there and they told me after an hour wait that they ordered the wrong key.i have so many more examples of their ineptitude, but I am running out of space. In summary, if you live near the PA Ohio border, go to Beaver County Nissan instead. Do not give these people a dime of your money.

I would definitely not recommend. Sales team was very helpful and getting the deal closed. The issue was with the vehicle. Went in to buy a new vehicle but ended up getting a used one for almost the same price. Within a week I had to purchase new tire at almost $700 because the tires on it were dry rotted, the wrong size and older than the vehicle. The tire shop could get it in alignment so had to take it back to Nissan to get it fixed which took almost a week to get it fixed since they had to send it to the Kia dealership they got it from next door. Vehicle had almost no water in radiator and the reservoir was filled with who knows what. And to top it off the transmission was surging and would randomly slam in gear. You expect then when you purchase a used vehicle that it's been inspected, and then they blame it on the Kia because that's who they received it from.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my car at Nissan of Streetsboro this June,2023. I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership and the wonderful people that work there with you and for you. My agent for this purchase was a gentleman named Quinten White.I was so appreciative of his ability to make this a very easy and positive experience for me. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely patient in explaining the process and the options that I had in making this the most excellent transaction for me. I thank him also for making this relaxed, quick and easy.I have had vehicles serviced at this location before and I would highly recommend all of the personnel and services there. I have also recommended Nissan of Streetsboro to others that I know. Thank you !

Another great experience from the service staff. All the warning⚠️ lights came on, and it was the Nissan main sensor shown in pick. It picked up probably salt or dirt on itIt actually reset itself. Just clean it off.Service: Auto maintenance

Although the individuals I dealt with were nice, when purchasing a vehicle from out of state I had to rely on the honesty of the sales person and the photos. I noticed two areas that had damage and asked for closer photos. She sent them to me, and I allotted money for repairs for those two areas. When I received the vehicle however, there was a dent above the rear light that had been covered up with paint and over spray across the entire back of the hatch from one light to the other. I couldn't see that from the photos because my body shop told me this is done in deceptive practices so it is not visible in photos. But I specifically asked if there were any other dents or scratches I was not seeing in the quick video I was sent. I was told no. These additional repairs will cost me close to $3000.00. Keep that in mind when you see the attractive vehicle cost.

I had a horrific experience at this dealership yesterday. I simply wanted a lease buyout packet for my vehicle. Not only did I wait for 2 hours, but the finance manger tried to offer me a bunch of "deals" that wouldn't actually save me money, put the incorrect mileage on my paperwork, tried to scam me and pressure me into getting the top warranty package, and kept me for so long that I was forced to leave WITH THE INCORRECT PAPERWORK. They will never get my business again. Horrible finance manager - he was extremely unprofessional and I felt so disrespected while I was there.

Staff is extremely helpful and personable. I went in with a weird issue and they were able to fix it because the technician took the time to research what I'd told them. I had my car at another Nissan dealership who basically wrote me off and didn't bother to find out what was going on with my vehicle! I will always go to Nissan Streetsboro from now on, knowing that they actually care about me and my car.

Told 1 thing over the phone, and complete opposite upon arrival. Heard back from the sales man once TEVIN MARTIN when he asked for money down or co signer. Gave him co signer info, he must have ran the application 50 times through 50 different financial institutions, as her score dropped 30+ points that day. Texted, and emailed and still waiting for a response. If you want a car go to north coast apparently they own them just eliminate the problem(Nissan of Streetsboro) and go to the source.
