“Impeccable service, indeed. This printer was extraordinary. We could not have grown our start-up without their advice on package insert sizes and designs. If we sent over a file with a mistake, we'd get a phone call hours later. Need it fast - no problem. We started by ordering quantities of 50 or so package inserts and now order thousands at a time. Some companies won't deal with startups and only want your business if you can place a large order.”

“Shipping is expensive any way you do it now. I had them pick up items I won on an auction to ship to me. The lady I spoke with over the phone really cared about how much I was going to spend on shipping and helped me lower that price. I wish all independent shipping services were this dedicated to their customers. It was still not cheap, but I'm not in Ohio, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks again, I will definitely use again if i purchase from auctions in this area.”

Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”
