Quality Inn offers comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds and is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with some noting the family in charge treated them exceptionally well, making them feel welcome and well cared for. They assist with early check-in, room upgrades, and finding quiet rooms. The hotel is suitable for long drives and truck drivers, with parking for semis. It is close to a lot of dining places and a casino. However, some guests experienced issues with rude staff, mixed-up information, and a confusing front entrance under construction with no clear path.
They were rude and mixed up their information and tried to throw us out after we had stayed for one day on a 3-day stay. Everything was obviously paid for up front and I don't know what the hassle was about. The front entrance is also very confusing as it is under construction with no clear path to the entry way.
