Very nice and clean location. Placed an online order and the wait was very short but with lots of people! The coconut milkshake with sugar free chocolate is so good! I definitely recommend it!!

I placed the order for combo and it clearly says for 1.99 more you get any size fountain drink and fry after tax it charged me 2.56 then the supervisor told me the combo didn’t come with. A drink and charged me again for the drink told me drink didn’t come with combo meal so additional 2 bucks for drink. basically called me dumb for thinking it would come with am I wrong was I suppose to pay additional money for drink ? (I know only a couple bucks just trusting to pay twice

today at this gas station I was discriminated against based on citizenship. I was going to buy. cigarettes and provided my work authorization, but the employee (administrator) refused to accept this document to confirm my age. the employee at this gas station asked for a US passport, but I am a citizen of another country and do not have a US passport. well, I bought the product at another gas station and from now on I am not going to visit the Shetz gas station network.

It DOES NOT take 30 minutes to make a sandwich. It is 12 am on Tuesday night. It is not busy. There is maybe one other customer. It gets worse every time I come here

I was in Streetsboro, Ohio & was in need of gas, snacks & a restroom, this Sheetz’s was the perfect place to stop. Found a pump with ease, Sheetz always has a lot of gas pumps to choose from. After I filled up I headed inside to grab a soda from Fizz City & food. I really needed to hit the restroom first. The restroom was very clean and well stocked. I use the made-to-order kiosk & got a sandwich with tater tots. My order was up quick, hot & correct. I then grabbed a 32 oz pop. I then spent some time perusing the store to see if I need anything else. I then went to the register and checked out with my goodies. I really like how well stocked & clean the store was. I will definitely stop here again.

What is with the trend and sheetz getting mad because a customer asks for a sheetz reward card. Don't argue with the customer about a Keychain card snapping in half and retire instead of being mad your still working

Ordered a 1/2 turkey sandwich meal on wheat bun toastedwith cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and mustard. Got a untoasted 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich on a white bun and no lettuce or tomatoe. The 2 stars are for the hot French fries.
