App did not save oyr check in from home at the store. Showed the system confirmation of check in time to employee at the desk. She said nothing she could do. Would have to check in again and now with an hour wait. The customer service was appalling, rude and unhelpful. She continued to speak to others in the same nasty tone. The employee that actually completed our service did a nice job, but Not sure we will come back.

Went in to have the sides of my head shaved for my mohawk and the woman who cut my hair did a wonderful job! 10/10 recommended

A lack luster haircut from another stylist that didn't fully listen to what I wanted and if course is hard to tell that when it's being done sometimes especially since I have to take my glasses off.

Lindsey is the best! Not only is she an AMAZING stylist, we always have the best laughs and the experience is great too! The stores always clean and everyone's always professional! The haircut is worth every dime!

Another great experience at Sport Clips Streetsboro this morning !! Lori is always so accommodating and everyone there always greets me with a big smile. Always meticulous and a great haircut/style every time. Bev is exceptional as well ! Love the products that they offer too ! Wish there were more than 5 stars to give.

Great place to get a quick haircut! My nephew is in high school. I can just drop him off while running quick errands. It’s a great family friendly atmosphere. Check them out. My nephew says the VIP is worth getting!
