I needed some envelope labels made, they did what was asked of them and made my project right and they were polite. The price was good and I didn't have a problem.

This particular store has terrible customer service. You're better off driving to a different Staples like the one over in Cuyahoga Falls. The woman who helped me told me she was the store manager for the last two years. She needs some customer service training.

Ran in to the Staples in Streetsboro OH. Needed ink but didn't have the number I needed. Tony was friendly and so helpful! He is who every shopper wants to meet when they need assistance. Thanks Tony!

The printing staff are some of the rudest individuals-the individuals that I've encountered in multiple occasions have zero customer service, the management isn't much better.

I stopped in today to see if I could possibly get business cards for a friend. I have never done this before and was a little antsy. The rep that helped me was Emily, I think. I can't say enough good about her....she was understanding to my needs, patient, and kind. KUDOS

They talk back and forth on their mic to make sure their workers watch their customers and run around looking to see if anyone is stealing instead of trying to help someone in the store. Very uncomfortable feeling! Maybe, this is the reason why the store was EMPTY with customers!!

Things went much better when I went back a couple of weeks later. The salesman then was quite helpful. We found a laptop that met most of my wants, but it was out of stock here and on line. Mayfield Heights had three so I drove up to get one. It turned out that all were "open box" items, but we checked for contents and since everything was there I bought one. Unfortunately I couldn't get online and neither could Staples' tech people, so they gave me a refund and found a similar item online. Today, October 28, 2015, I picked up the replacement for the one I bought on the 16th, and plan to try it out tomorrow. Thanks for the help, Staples employees. Maybe some folks were just having a bad day that first time.
