I easily rate 4 and 5s, but the return/ pick-up area is a definite 1 star. They definitely don't like what they're doing for a living.

They've spent all this money on remodeling and apparently they can't afford to have employees to staff. There was a long line at returns and only one person working and she was more concerned about the pickup orders. They had zero cashiers and forced everyone to check out on their own.

Horrible customer service! No lines to check out , Just self check out, 24 hours a day, seven days week.The same lady just stands there and points to self checkout. Makes more sense to have her actually using a register.

Well organized store in Streetsboro. They often surprise you with great offers and low prices. Starbucks inside the store is an added feature. shopping with great coffee in delight.

This Target is exceptional! Clean, bright, colorful store. Even in the middle.of renovations and converging into a Super Target, it's still neat and tidy. Isles wide and easy to navigate. The selection is extensive! The staff is very friendly, cheerful, and made my check out very pleasant! Thank you!

I love Target. Prices may be a bit higher but the quality of their products and the shopping experience is well worth paying a little more.

Ordering for pick up was smooth and easy all the way through, from ordering on the app to contactless pick up at the store. All items were correct and staff was friendly. I like the system Target has in place by showing a number that corresponds to your order via the phone. You have the choice to be contactless as possible if you choose.

Customer service lied about the 1 year return policy on target brands, first claiming only 90 days and then claimed it was only for unused items. Manager was called and only one responded on the radio stating they were at lunch. I was told I would have to wait for the manager to finish lunch to speak to her. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Target.
