Very disappointed. Triple-foam protectant is sprayed on before the pre-wash chemicals are sprayed off. In other words, the protectant is being applied to a dirty surface. Surface must be clean; otherwise, the protectant will not adhere. The wash is skipping a step, either out of ignorance or to save costs. Not recommended.

Road grime, salt and dirt remained on the windshield after $18 Ultimate wash. I feel that my carwash dollars are better spent elsewhere considering the competition in the area.

Bought the economy wash for $10, should have spent that money somewhere else, car looked like it wasn't washed at all plus now there are water marks all over the car

The new equipment DOES do a better job at washing the car, better than the old stuff they had here. This would be a great car wash IF they weren't so cheap on the dryers. What good is a premium wash $$ if when you pull out your cari is still smokin? Users have like 30 seconds, but the dryers don't start blowing full heat for about twenty or those seconds. When do your want to meet up.

Vending machines not working. And a $15 ultimate wash sucked. I could still wipe grime off my car after getting it. Great vacuums however.

Paid $9.00 for my car to be just as dirty as when I got their. Should have went back to complain but did not see an attendant working.
