“Service department went above and beyond. Went in for an oil change, mentioned a window was squeaking. Tech said he didn't have a service guy in who could take care of it but offered another appointment or to pair it with my next oil change.
Later when the car was done with the current oil change, tech said he inquired with a mechanic that was in and they took it upon themselves to fix it right then in there.

We took it for a test drive and it was in great condition, they even allowed us to put it up on their lift to look at the undercarriage. “Listen. Everyone has "their" place to go to buy cars- but I can tell you I went to Don Sitts many years ago and haven't purchased another car elsewhere since that time. I just purchased our 14th car- all have been incredible cars- we have a lot of kids and I put a lot of miles on cars via trave for work. There are many reasons I only go to Don Sitts. EVERY employee makes you feel like you're the only person on the lot looking for a car. They don't push you or hound you, they step back and let you look for yourself. They don't try to "sell" you the car they simply tell you about the car and allow you to make YOUR decision. There is NO pressure. Don, Rob, Jeff, and Ed have been absolutely amazing over the years.
The other reason we only utilize Don Sitts is the service department. Rob & Jeff have ALWAYS been amazing to work with over the years. I take the car in and they tell me what is wrong with the car (in laymen's terms), recommend what should be done now and what can wait (yet still be safe) and allow me to make my own informed decision. They always try to get you in right away, if they can.
