CSR'S went above and beyond to help solve my problem, which is the first time I had one! It was software related. But replaced my phone (under warranty) just on case! I guess I am one of the lucky ones with Verizon!

I had high hopes for this company as I’ve been a customer for years and they have always treated me right. Recently I had a family crisis from August until November, in which I was out of work because my son was in the hospital 4 hours away from home.
I called this company to make a payment arrangement where they reassured my service wouldn’t be interrupted. Several days later they suspended my service.. so I called them back and spoke with a rep in financial services. The rep informed me I would have service within in an.. still yet no service.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this is how you want to treat your customers by turning off their service, especially in the middle of a family crisis.. absolutely unacceptable! I will be paying off my bill for this month and just take my business to another phone service provider.

Went to verizon to upgrade a phone they were busy with others and told us it would be about 20 min wait that they were almost done with the customer they were assisting. Thirty minutes goes by and another customer came in the store and sat down. Well finally the girl got done with the previous customer went up to the lady and just asked for her name to check her in and then came up to us and said this lady that just got in has an appt. so we would have to wait an additional 20 ta thirty minutes. . . . Very unprofessional . . . Ended up walking out and went to another one that was more organized and professional. . . will not go back there.

Very poor communication on break downs of "promotions" and bills. The my Verizon app doesn't account for "credits" towards promotions. I called and questioned my contract and 3 different people gave me 3 different explanations with 3 different amounts and then tried to call the Streetsboro store to get the breakdown of the promotion we were given to see if it needed corrected. the store wouldn't anwser the multiple calls so we booked an appointment to get this resolved. I then get a call from the store. I spoke with Jodi who wanted to resolve the issue before coming to the store. She wrote our "promotion" of the contract on a post it note because they were unable to find the actual promotion because it was purchased 19 months ago. I wouldn't even have questioned this but today I went to use my mobile Hotspot and apparently when my husband "upgraded" the account we LOST this feature. it can be added for $10 more a month though....
moral of the story make sure you keep a copy of their so called deals.

I felt it's absolutely necessary to get on here and leave a great review for this location. I was having an incredibly disastrous day and at the top of that list was my iPhone SIM card not being read by the phone anymore. My first stop was at the Verizon retail store a little further up the road near Walmart. Not only were they unable to get into my account as an authorized account holder, They wanted to charge me a fee for a new SIM card. I left and went back home to find alternatives, and read online that I should have probably gone to a corporate store. DO NOT GO TO RETAIL LOCATIONS! As soon as I got there I saw several people standing outside waiting but a nice guy came out and asked if he could help me... I told him how wrecked today was and what was wrong with the phone. He was totally cool and took me right inside and got me sorted out within five minutes. He listened while I blabbered on about the crap that was going on- which he really probably didn't care about lol but I truly appreciated just being able to say out loud how shitty my day was going. His name was Seth and that man deserves a raise for his patience, humor and honesty. Furthermore this location is managing the social distancing guidelines in an incredible Way, I'll definitely be telling people to use this Verizon store before any others within an hour of here. All the staff I encountered was friendly but Seth saved my day for sure. Thanks dude.

They were weird. my cousin was getting a phone and they wouldn't stop trying to make deals after we continuously asked for just the one phone. they kept saying oh well it's $31 a month and you can have a free phone for an extra $10 a month, so technically it not free and I am outraged. That are annoying and won't stop talking about how we absolutely need the other phone and once we said no, the man for about 10 minutes talked her into it! Period. And they then were like, well you can have a case a screen protector and a wireless charger for $150, like "omg that's such a deal" I'm super annoyed and I can't deal with it anymore. -xoxo Momo k

Totally unethical and deceitful business practices!!! While in store was told I was eligible for a better plan at $30.00 less than I've been paying. I find I am now paying $30 MORE!! Two hours on the phone and still it's not resolved!! UGH!!

Unprofessional and untrained employees! Went in to upgrade service and purchase new phones. Manager was loudly playing bluetooth speaker and cheering with other employees as new songs came on. Every question I asked them about what will happen as service changes over and/or about how to transfer data to new phones was absolutely incorrect. Have had to call the store/Verizon 4 times since my visit 3 days ago. I'm currently waiting for the store to open today to place another call about a phone line that was supposed to drop off, that of course wasn't. To verizon, if you are going to hire children, at least train them. That place was like walking into a daycare and I'm not speaking about the employees age. I'm speaking of their maturity and professionalism. I wish I could return or undo what was upgraded there....

Poor communication regarding product information and service from associates and manager on duty today. I would recommend going to another store or service provider for your cellular needs.

Awful. Was just in the store, and they were not helpful or flexible at all. I had the simple question of whether or not I had an upgrade available. The account is a business account, and because it is through my dad they couldn't do anything to help me. I gave them his number, his name, business info and they couldn't work with me at all. You would think they could just tell me if I had an available upgrade, seeing as I was not planning on getting a new phone today, just wanted to see my options and plan. I left visibly frusterated at the lack of flexibility or little effort to help from the salesperson, and she yelled something inaudible at me as I was walking out. Nice customer service, shouting at customers across the floor!!! She could have been saying something helpful, but shouting is never the way to do it.

Great service! We had a little bit of a wait but we did go at a pretty busy time. Salesman was knowledgeable and helped pick our new phone and case. He was not pushy to make a sale. Highly recommend coming to this place!

Very good service. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and understanding. They helped me rectify a significant issue on my new account, going above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected properly. This is a real Verizon corporate location, not an 'authorized retailer' (which I suggest you avoid at all cost).
