They never have registers open. They have almost all self checkout. They don't trust their customers so they check the receipts on everyone… even if you do go to a cashier. I 1 star every survey in the store but figured I would do it here too.

Why are the small self-serve checkouts closed, no actual cashiers, and only large self-serve checkouts open with lines formed in Aurora Commons? If you make us check ourselves out, at least have all checkouts open so lines don't form! Second time it's happened.

I mean it's Walmart, not like I'm expecting a whole lot from the staff but I couldn't locate anyone and the merchandising is not customer friendly. Staff members sometimes are helpful.

Shop here all the time..mostly online. Stopped up there twice this week to get donuts for my team at work and left empty-handed because the homeless looking woman making donuts refuses to wear gloves.. this has happened in the past however I was informed the store was under New Management I assumed that would change. Do better Walmart I would like to get some donuts without having to go to Giant eagle which I hate.

I called earlier today to order a cake when I came in to pick it up it they there wasn’t an order. I also asked a sales person where I would find water shoes he told me that it was an online order. My husband found them over by shoes. When we went to check out there was a problem so an associate in training came over and supposedly fixed it. When we tried to pay it wouldn’t let us. We had to go over to another register. What a nightmare.

I just picked up my online order at this location. My experience was wonderful!! Jamie in spot twelve was certainly not.
We pulled into a spot and checked in to receive our order when all of the sudden a grown man parked in spot 12 started screaming out of his window at the two young men putting my groceries in the trunk. He mistakenly never checked in to the app to receive his order and decided to yell and then march out of his car and over to these guys to scream at them to “move him up in the list.” Despite the belligerence, both young men remained calm and provided both him and us with impeccable customer service. I did not catch the names of these guys, but they deserve a raise.
