My family and I walked into this specific store and you know those loud sensors that beep at the door if you accidentally leave a tag or something on your merchandise, those sensors beeped nonstop while we were in there, literally!!! Every time we picked something up - beep! When we were shopping with our eyes and not our hands - beep!! And no, we were no where near the doors for the sensors to go off! Honestly, felt the eyes on us the moment we walked in. We went to the store across from this one and didn’t hear another beep outta that store, further proving my point. Wouldn’t ever go back to this clearly racist establishment!!

I visited this store not once but twice today because of the friendly, helpful, and supportive staff AND the amazing deals. I had such a great experience and was able to get a lot of really cute clothes and save money!! I want to specifically point out Bri, she is awesome! Very down to earth and real, she helped me pick out most of what I bought and find every size I needed!! This store was very clean and organized as well! Overall great experience 10/10 would highly recommend!

Im leaving 1 star, because I don't have and there is no other option for zero. The Aeropostale buying online and returning items to store policy are B.S., just because of size!!! Wow!Update: I called Aeropostale Customer Service and the representative confirm that they don't have return policy at stores for the size in this case for XL. For the Manager or Team Lead at the Strongsville store, shame on you for the poor customer service.Have a nice day!
