I recently bought a Subaru legacy from this dealer and the team was very professional and easy to work with. Jared was excellent and I didn't feel like I was pressured at all during the process. Excellent, would recommend.

My wife bought a used Mercedes from here over a year ago "as is" with the only disclosed issue being a brake booster recall, it came with several additional undisclosed problems with the ignition, battery drain, needed a new wiring harness, a crappy key, and they gave us problems with getting the bill of sale. Plus when we called to merely inform them of the battery issues, they instantly went on the defense and jumped right into the warranty defense. Something tells me they knowingly sold us a faulty car, or at least are guilty by negligence. Thanks for enabling the stereotype about dealerships.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I was unable to find a Stelvio in North Carolina with the exact features and mileage I wanted, so I decided to contact this dealership to ship one down to me. I was a little nervous as this was my first time buying a car out of state, but was connected with Jared Janson who was extremely helpful before, during, and after the car was sold. Jared sent a detail video walkthrough of the car, sent me the paperwork very quickly, got the car shipped quickly, and went out of his way to answer questions for me (even after the deal was completed). The car arrived in excellent condition, and everyone I interacted with along the way (financing, title services, etc) was helpful and responded promptly. Would recommend doing business with this place!

Good Experience -- I have a confession I hate car dealerships. I rather go to the dentist, but these folks were very easy to work with. My sales professional was J. Fetz. He was on top of everything.

RIP OFF.Found a new Alfa lease $75 cheaper a month, with more options somewhere else. They didn't want to be bothered matching or beating the deal.Re reply: Alfa Strongsville, per competition you pay the same amount for a vehicle as a smaller dealer. Clearly more volume means you rip more people off lol. It wasn't "perhaps" I did save $75 a month 36 month lease going with another dealer. Clearly I didn't buy a Stelvio from you. One star was given cause I gave you an opportunity to beat the competitive deal and you didn't.

I am unbelievably impressed with Michael Gray and Joe Killiany, but most especially Michael Gray! I've worked with a few of the sales professionals at multiple Alfa dealerships and Michael stands out, above and beyond, all of them. He and I have been discussing my now vehicle for five months. He was never pushy and always maintained a connection and presence - he truly 'worked for this sale' with the utmost professionalism I've/We've ever had with any dealership. We are first time customers of Alfa Romeo Strongsville, but not first time Alfa customers (we have purchased/leased several other Alfas from other dealerships). Michael and Strongsville went WAY above and beyond in regard to their customer/client service experience and we will highly recommend him, and the Strongsville team, to all of our other "Alfa Friends" and Family as well as in the Alfa Club we belong to. Great job having him on your team! Michael Gray is truly an asset!

I was looking for my first Alfa Romeo and Michael Gray was the one who helped me with. He contacted me and made an offer for my previous car, an offer that never was changed or negotiated. He made everything in a short time and my first experience with Alfa Romeo was top-notch! I recommend this place. If you want an Alfa, this is the place to go with.

Initially I thought this was a great company to purchase a vehicle. I was referred here like so many other of my family members. However, the vehicle sold was not up to standard. The check engine light constantly stays on. Sputters when driving and will only start after 5 tries. Sure used vehicle sold as is. However a 2000 mile warranty was on the vehicle.Mr. Adam's did not know as he stated how to repair said issue and referred me to Hyundai. None the less this company will not pay for any parts or repair the vehicle.I have had nothing but issue after issue. Sadly I am stuck with repairs when Alfa Romeo sold a lemon from the beginning.
