Not sure why my service was cut off in the middle of the day for no reason. I missed work calls and texts, and physically had to leave work so you could re-activate my phone. The reason is still unknown, there was a door to door salesman that conned my older parents into buying a new phone that they don't need. We didn't receive the phone yet but the new phones were activated. How can you activate a phone the customer doesn't even have? Additionally, how can you deactivate a phone from a customer without their presence? I need answers. The store suggested the sleezy door to door salesman, Doug Findley, activated the new phones pre-maturely to get credit for his sale. The phones will be going back and we will be terminating our contract with AT&T. This is not how you do business, especially with customers like us who have been loyal for almost 20 years. We are done. Never heard of that happening, all phone lines deactivated so a sleazy salesman can receive credit for a sale. Never again working with AT&T. Also, even though my parents eventually received the phones, we returned them, yet we are still be charged for them in the bill. AT&T states they have received the phones back, but have not processed the return yet. Are your operations so unorganized that you can’t process a return in a timely manner? Additionally, after wrongfully having our phones (all lines) turned off, you don’t show any sympathy or any remorse? Your customer service is a joke. Still no answers on how you can disconnect 3 lines without ever having the customer at your store, randomly, in the middle of the day. Very scary I would never do business with an organization like that. How do I know it won’t happen again? Doug Findley is the door to door salesman that AT&T suggested cut our service to gain credit for a “sale” prematurely lol. Nice job great customer service.

Salesman was HORRIBLE. He had zero interest in helping me find what I was looking for. Literally walked out after he went to “check in back” for the phone. Took my business elsewhere.

Was in this store today to upgrade. It was not busy and the salespeople were sitting around, no one even greeted me until I approached them, and there were no other customers in the store. The guy was completely disinterested in helping me, was not nice or engaged in even trying to help me. He seemed almost like I was a bother because he actually had to work. Never had a good experience with this store and will now have yo travel out of my way to another store that I called same day. Other store was willing to help. Terrible customer service at this location. Hire better people

This store is an absolute joke. All I want is to buy a car charger and a cable. There are always 3 and 4 people ahead of me. Even for a QUICK purchase of two products, there is no one ever available to help unless I wait an hour! What a horrible business model.

Horrible company, was told at the time of purchase I was bundling now they send me letters thru internet and US mail saying to bundle I am paying to much. Contact the website they can’t help me phone service is a joke .

10/10 customer service. I just moved into a new place and had to get new internet, and Mellow is the man! He was quick, helped me out with all my needs, and wasn’t pushy at all. No “used car salesman” attitude or anything. If you come to this store, I definitely recommend working with him if the option is available!

The sales person was great. He could of sold me a new phone to make his commission but instead sent me next door to have a new screen installed for less then my contract payoff. I did not have insirance on it. This is the first phone i cracked in 20 years. He told me it's a better option and less money. He was honest and upfront. Definitely great sales people and they are not there just to sell you phones. Thank you for giving me options.

I wanted to take a moment and compliment a teammate at this store. Toby is amazing and an asset to AT&T. I have worked with him many times and have been impressed. He isn't afraid to take on the heavy lift of my needs and knows how to navigate and row through my questions. Cheers to Toby.
