Love B&BW but out of five associates only one was friendly everyone else seemed to be dry. I asked a young lady about the tilting mirror tray and obviously I bothered her lol her response was rude replying with I never seen nothing like that. Lol well that's perfectly ok my money won't be spent here anymore .
