Inconsistent following policy had a return with the receipt. They refuse to do even exchange, even though they did so last week and the week before that with other items that were purchased for gifts don’t buy gifts for people because you can’t guarantee if they’re gonna like it or not, and they won’t exchange for the same price item in store. It’s only at this location other locations accommodate the customer. Mind you these candles are every day candles. They’re not specific to holiday which means they’re every day regular price.

Love B&BW but out of five associates only one was friendly everyone else seemed to be dry. I asked a young lady about the tilting mirror tray and obviously I bothered her lol her response was rude replying with I never seen nothing like that. Lol well that's perfectly ok my money won't be spent here anymore .

Nice store that's not too crowded. Staff was friendly and they have alot of scents to choose from. Took advantage of the 3 wick candles for $10 each.
