Couple of hickups with a recent purchase. While one issue was the manufacturer's fault and unresolvable, the other problems was graciously corrected by Gina, Store manager. How refreshing to encounter customer service that is effective. I know my personal experience that working with the public (especially in this self aggrandizing era), can be unnerving. She impressed me as competent and considerate.

They were all very helpful. One chair wasnt the right color . 4 employees jumped in to find the right one. I was very impressed with thier team work to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase. I will most definitely return. Thank you

Customer service wasn't the best, but it can't be outstanding all the time, lol. You never know what someone else has going on, it was probably just a bad day.

A great place to find anything that is needed in a pinch. Love to go in and just look around to see what they have or what is on sale. Although I have not yet bought furniture from Big Lots, their furniture seems to be very well made. Please let me know if you have gotten furniture and it has helped up well for you.

Bought a clearance dresser and it was unable to maneuver it up the stairs and drawers weren't as desired. The manager made it right. The customer service is exceptional! Will be back!

Just a step higher than dollar general. Good looking furniture but not sure of quality. Might find some buys there, but not many.
