Came to the store twice during the time frame and my order was no ready to pick up and now it is “returned” automatically. Horrible service.

Very awful service, charge sale tax when it is tax-free holiday, and refuse to accept return which you just bought less than an hour ago!!!

Went to purchase some summer PJ's that were on sale, not too much variety as usual but I got a few. Anyway at checkout the girl with glasses and curly long hair didn't ask me if I wanted a bag at all but upon looking at my receipt she charged me 10 cents for a bag without even informing me at all. When I asked her why she did that she tells me " it's a law in cuyahoga county everywhere " infact I educated her on how it's not a law and she was not informed with correct information and it's some companies police's to charge for bags only after asking your customers before hand if they would like a bag and they are 10 cents. Obviously the managers don't properly train and give correct information to their employees at Carter's.

Came in a couple of Fridays ago at 6:52 p.m. Walked through the door and was told by a very angry employee "we're closing in 2 minutes". I was just coming to pick up an order, and the website said they were opened until 8:00 p.m. This woman was so angry. Poor customer service. Will not shop at this store again.

Every time I have come in to this location I am greeted and called out of name. Hunny is not a proper way to greet or follow up with a consumer. I understand it’s out of kindness but you should retrain your employees to approach customers correctly. It’s very uncomfortable for your customers and terms of endearment should be used in a bed room not on the sales floor.
