Kerry L Zacharias try to coerce me into making a deposit on several occasions.Would not cash a chase to chase check for me even after closing the account.. required a deposit.. smh.... avoid liberal chase bank and bank of America at all cost!!!

The bank teller was simply Ignorant, Rude, Unprofessional and Nasty. She acted as we BOTHERED her while she was Yapping away with the Teller at the next window.She first DIDNT say Hi to us. She then asked for my 84 yrs old Mom’s ID and given us attitudes as my Mom tried to take her ID out. She is 75% blind and tried to pull out her ID. She then simply asked (( How you wanted your cashes, SMITH???)) - Her name isn’t SMITH and at least acknowledged her as MRS. SMITH?????? Well, CLEARLY that somebody didn’t have the basic manners from her parents or the proper educations growing up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!She then REFUSED to give me the Cashes but FORCED my Mom to pick up the Cashes from the counter, where she tossed it right in front of my Mom. IF we Weren’t in hurry for my Mom’s doctor appt; we would talk to her Manager and perhaps teach her the basic Manners 101 Class.Would I recommend this lousy brand or bank to anyone. NOT a CHANCE! This kind of business would only works in the Third world countries where people have no respects for others at all. ???

I truly don't care for banks - especially when most are attempting to eliminate the human factor and provide us with machines to do the work - however - this is not the case at this location. My interaction with Jenien was simply pleasant and truly a breathe of fresh air in this crazy/hectic world. She was polite and answered all my questions, assisted me with getting the items I needed accomplished in a timely manner and just presented a stellar customer service/can-do attitude. I want to make sure that her actions are recognized and I can't thank her enough for helping me instead of the machine. Jenien thank you.

very bad service, you don't want to spoil the mood, change the bank, I had an account with this bank for 15 years, but after several complaints from t.Diana, I will change the bank as soon as possibleChecks that t.Diana did not want to exchange were exchanged without problems at other banks.

The North Royalton branch is 10 times better than the Strongsville branch it sucks because I live in Strongsville but I drive the additional 10 to 15 minutes to avoid the Strongsville branch but today I was on a time crunch decided to go in that branch and quickly realized why I avoid the Strongsville branch both tellers Diana and Danny arrogant and somewhat rude after the encounter with both tellers I asked to speak to an account specialist to which I did the account specialist refused to handle money how do you call yourself an account specialist for a branch and you refuse to count money. North Royalton branch are nicer more respectful and easy-going I feel like that branch has a problem with me because I refused to get a loan from them because I didn’t want to buy points to lower my APR it really sucks because that is the closer option to me but I would rather be treated with respect and Leave with my dignity in tact then feel degraded and disrespected and that’s the case with the branch in Strongsville. Ever since they opened up the new branch in Strongsville Chase Bank has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Once you establish a relationship with them more becomes available! This is common in business. Very helpful when navigating in uncertain times. JPMorgan Chase is one of the top banks in the United States!

I used to work at bibibop and i would come in every morning, and wanted to say i used to see Danny everyday. he is a phenomenal and A+ worker, cared very much for the people came into the bank, always asked me how im doing and how my day and week is, i really enjoyed opening at work just to go drop off the deposit. Danny is a great listener and will go out of his way to help. made me feel welcomed. im still a youngin and havent really been inside a bank before i worked down the street, Danny was the first person ive met and he helped me tons. one time i ran out of deposit bags and he had some extras and gave it to me! very very nice to have somebody always asking how you are and they actually care! will truly miss Danny, Somebody tell him to keep up the amazing work for me! -Big Tyler

I had opened an account online...since the bank branches in my area are closed. I had called in to ask some questions. I spoke with Megan from the Strongsville branch. She was extremely helpful and very polite.

I'm using the branch on pearl rd. it is the closest to my home. and usually everybody is so helpful and nice but this time I needed to talk to a banker so I set there for 30 minutes before anybody even egnolaged my existences. I ask to use a bathroom (I had previously visited this location and banker was kind to let me use it) well this time I was told "we don't have public bathrooms." I tried to reason and let them know that I've been here for 30 minutes, I didn't just walked in to use a restroom , I'm a customer. the teller told me "the restrooms is only for employees " I had to go across a street to the Giant eagle to use a restroom, when I came back ofcoars I list my place in line and there was more people waiting . so I spend hour in a half waiting, then left and went to other location and got everything taking care of in 20 min.
