Burrito was completely wrong and not something we could eat. Did not have time to take it back up. You call and it says to use Pepper chat who offered me a drink as service recovery. I had to call again to get a credit for a burrito. Not the best experience or appropriate swap.

Rice was undercooked. Tomato salsa was cut pretty thick and the tomatoes weren't ripe. Plus I had several pieces of the core of the tomatoes.Hey... Atleast this strongsville Chipotle had, cheese, sour cream, tomato, and meat... Unlike the other one. Haha

Waited in line my whole lunch break just to be told I need the app to order a quesadilla. Ordered a bowl instead and got nothing but attitude. You guys suck.

Ridiculously expensive. $34 for two bowls, chips, and drinks. Food was good but ice cold. Felt talked down to by staff. Will never be returning to this location.

Extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. Staff was not friendly at all. There were six people behind the counter and no customers...not one worker acknowledged me for the first 3 minutes nor said "hi". While they were supposed to be taking my order, the two girls were having a conversation to which I felt like I was intervening?? I thought that when you take a customer's order, that you engage with the customer not your coworker? Did not realize this was a social event for the them, instead of a "hey we're getting paid for this maybe we should do our job and give some sort of customer service..." Worst chipotle experience I have ever had with skimpy portions. Do not recommend this one. Choose elsewhere instead of these highschoolers with zero customer service skill...

Went in at 8:55 on 12/15 and witnessed a man employee screaming and insulting a female counterpart. Absolutely horrendous to watch as she looked like she was about to cry. Why are we hiring such raging morons in such a profound establishment. Utter disgrace must be fixed. Clear out the fury monsters and get the place under control. Very sad for the girl.Kid-friendliness: Not friendly for a kid to see an adult screaming and cursing when on the job.

The front of the building where you go into LensCrafters apparently they don't unlock the door there on the front to go into Chipotle. So you have to drive around to the back of the building to go

This is possibly the best run Chipotle I have been to. All the food is always available, early or late. They will cater to any request for more or less of anything, including just putting it on the side. The place is always clean, including the napkin and drink station. The best part is the staff are friendly and engaged with serving the guests.

Absolutely 1000% ridiculous. I placed an online order between 6:00-6:10. My pick up time was 6:50. I arrived at 6:30 and was told it would be 15 minutes. When I arrived the line was full and then cleared. The line was full then cleared 3 times as I sat there. During the times the line was cleared staff were walking outside, throwing their arms in the aid, sitting next to me at the table and eating. At 7:10 the line was cleared and most employees were outside including the station for the drive through. Someone comes in and asks what I am waiting for mopes around then grabs shells to start to finally make my order. I tell them don't make it I want a refund. The girl tells me to call 1-800-chipolte, which isn't a number. I go back in and say 1-800-chipotle isn't a working number ask for the manager and for the number to get a refund. The manager tells me to get out and a guy in line starts threatening me (sorry pal mind your own business and you have been here for 2 minutes and will leave with a burrito in the next 4) Unbelievable and as someone who spent 20 years in restaurants...the manager should be fired immediately. I have already spoken with customer service and I hope that the tape is reviewed.
