This is the second time I was not told about possible drug interactions even though I specifically asked when pickung up a new prescription. I looked up the interactions on my own and then called the pharmacy and told them about the interaction and they were like, oh yeah, you have tonspace the two drugs out by at least 4 hours. Really?!

Horrible experience. Covid vaccine scheduled on line. Multiple confirmations received by text. Arrived on time to be told no vaccine was available! Was told they couldn't contact me to let me know- despite obviously having my contact information!Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. Awful people, awful place. Avoid!

The girl helping in the Pharmacy section with a window in back was rude as possible to several customers. Blonde hair and glasses...TERRIBLE.

Had a very unpleasant experience with pharmacy tech called Barb! I was asking about my medication which I didn't know it was an injection , She was very rude and thought I hung up the phone after our call and started talking about me to her co worker , she said she can't deal with customers today and said I had a weird name Then when I went and called back to give my complaint her co worker tried to tell me she was not talking about me she was talking about another customer . Umm you are not suppose to talk about customers like that period ! Her name is Barb and I called corporate on her . Waiting on manager Shannon to call me back . They lost my services , will never step foot in here again . BARB YOU ARE A Karen! For the record I don't have a weird name you are the weirdo !

I have 9 meds because insurance bases when each is eligible and cvs messes up Almost EVERY Time I need a refill all meds come available on different days they message me scripts are ready I go there they don't have any I have to return 3-4 times each script. They tell me don't have refills with bottle from them in hand saying 2 refills then they say it needs Dr. Special Authorization after 3 days in a row and it's Friday after 5pm and can't resolve till Monday so almost every day of month to get my 9 prescription refilled. ...... That is Garbage

Worst cvs I have ever been to. Very rude after waiting in line they said my prescription wasn't called in. I called my doctor office had them on the phone and pharmacist told me that I had to move to back of the line. And said if I did not move right away she would call the police oN me i asked her to wait to see what the doctor said because last month they said the same thing but my prescription was called in. Then doctors told me they called and would be ready in 10 minutes. Then pharmacist called and told me she couldn't give me a time. When I asked again when it would be ready she told me that if I didn't listen to what she said I can no longer get my medicine filled here. Now waiting in parking lot to get prescription been here about an hour to get my prescription because I work a night job. I have been coming to cvs for years. I'm now changing my pharmacy. She said she is the head pharmacist and manger at this location.

They only got that because the first time I went they were extremely nice. There was a long line of cars for the drive thru for prescriptions and my one script was in. I had a written one in my hand. I pulled out of Linné and put it in the drop box. I called and spoke to a very nice young man who told me I couldn't get it that day as it was a controlled substance. Ok I understood that. I told him I would be in early the next day to get it. 10:30 the next day I was there. They had no script for me and the other one they had to order. Huh? Oh yeah they do have a script but it couldn't be filled until today. Huh? Oh yeah it could be filled at noon. Huh? I took my written script back and went to my regular pharmacy. No problem. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Slowest drive thru pharmacy pickup. I've been waiting close to an hour at their drive thru pharmacy pick up and still waiting. Only 5 car ahead of me

Would be zero stars. I had scheduled an appointment with the minute clinic. Because of COVID, I was supposed to wait in the car until they called me. But they never called me and then wouldn't see me...for something that was their own fault. Such a waste of time.

Your pharmacy associate at the drive-thru, Roopal, is the best. She always greets us with a smile and is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were picking up our medications at the drive thru, as we have done business here for over 8 years, however the amount due was not what we have been charge every time we pick up these refills. Apparently, our RXCaremark insurance was not applied to the order. Roopal took the time to resubmit and talk with the pharmacist right away to correct this error. Thank you, Roopal for being so professional and thoughtful to the customers at this CVS. I wish more retail businesses employed such an amazing employee

Pharmacy never answers the phone. 20-30 minutes for an answer. I literally have to hang up and DRIVE there to speak to someone

Review of the minute clinic! I came on a Saturday since I was almost positive I had a sinus infection (I was correct), and I also needed a script on another prescription that I take daily. I was able to check in online, and by the time I got there, I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back. If you check in online, and give them your cell phone number, they will text you when you're about to be up. That way, you know how much time is left. Others complained about how people came later than they did, but were seen earlier -- they probably checked in online. The nurse practitioner who saw me was extremely professional, and got me in and out in a few minutes. I was also able to get another script for another medication I take, since he was able to prescribe it to me. This information was sent to my primary care doctor. The minute clinic is great for colds, flus, sinus infections, physicals, women's health issues, and even odd things like poison ivy or if you need your ears cleaned. I used minute clinics a lot when I was in undergrad if I needed to go to a doctors office, but I was not serious enough to go to an urgent care. This time, it was the weekend, and my sinus infection could not wait until Monday. Now, it's a day later, and I feel 100% better. Highly recommend! Also the CVS is a very decent size with a pretty big variety.

My low rating is due to gauging prescription prices. My usual pharmacy was closed so I came to CVS as it was chosen by my health insurance as an approved alternative choice. The same prescription at my pharmacy cost $6.05 and at CVS pharmacy the price was $12.99! I feel this is shameful to prey on the ill. This is contributing to the soaring unfair health care costs to the public. I will not patronize CVS in the future.

Not the quality I expect at a CVS store. People working the counter lacked customer service or friendliness and moved at a snail's pace. I could move past this if the service wasn't twice as bad in the back of the pharmacy. Listened to a young pharmacy assistant being extremely abusive to what I assume was an elderly customer on the phone. Kept repeating loudly and abruptly a prescription name that was to be refilled. The customer obviously wasn't familiar with the generic name of the medicine, but instead of explaining what it was used for, the pharmacy employee kept quickly spelling the ridiculously long name and talking to them like they were an irresponsible idiot. Totally disrespectful. The pharmacist watched all of this happen and didn't intervene but instead laughed and said "combat pharmacy!" Wish he would have stepped in and taken over that phone call. I hope she doesn't talk to her family members like that. Disgusting. Remember someone is always listening.
