We wanted to say a huge thank you to both Miah and Nick for their help today with our gym purchases. They were both extremely informative, kind and personable. We appreciated their patience as we navigated a large home gym purchase while shopping with a tired young infant. Miah brought the items out curbside for us so we could get our little one situated in the car. We think that people who are exceptional at what they do deserve to be recognized. So thank you to Miah and Nick for your help today, and shout out to Dick’s Sporting Goods Strongsville for having two pretty fantastic team members.

Clerk who waited on me Saturday was awful. After scanning the show I wanted he went in back, never returned. I noticed him talking to another customer 10 minutes later. When I asked him about the shoe he said the Hoka ? Yes, I said. Oh it's not in stock. He didn't come out to tell, he was too busy working on a order

If big box stores wonder why they are losing business to online markets, they only have to look at their stellar customer service. Shopping for shoes on a Wednesday afternoon to be left in the department by ourselves (wife and I) for a lengthy period of time. Walked up to the front to ask for assistance and was told he’s by himself and on the phone. The distinction should have been made between a store phone or cell phone. When the salesman did come out, he was less than thrilled to help us. No apologies, no hello or thank you. We knew what we wanted and knew the store had the size needed so certainly not a difficult task. Shoes given to us, and again, nothing said but a quick turn and his back. Just another nail in the retail coffin!
