I came in for a signature pedicure and Lynn did a fantastic job! Not only was she efficient, she was very kind and made my feet feel brand new again!

I used to frequently go years ago. I recently went, and I was very underwhelmed and unimpressed. Frankly, the store seemed neglected. We went for pedicures and the chairs were in bad shape the table tops were peeling. As far as the pedicure goes, it was also disappointed. I got the classic herbal. I felt like they did the bare minimum. I hate to post anything negative and I’m not trying to be rude, but I was really just disappointed. I used to love going here years ago. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

The owner was terrible rude lied about cost went from 40.00 to 94.00 for regular polish on my toe nails and took 14.00 if I paid cash . Took off my gel polish and put on regular polish that peeled off after I walked out the door.save your money don’t ever go there.

They have terrible service, I made the appointment 1 day in advance for a manicure and pedicure and I needed to repair a broken nail on my hand, it was the most important thing and when I arrived I was attended by a girl without much experience, it was noticeable that she was learning and after the pedicure she told me that she could not continue serving me and that I should wait if someone was free to do my manicure, of course I decided to leave. It seemed disrespectful to me after making the appointment previously. I definitely do not recommend it. Zero customer service.

terrible customer service and management. I had a full set done the day before I left for a week long vacation and 3 of them broke almost immediately. I showed pics and the dates when I returned and I was actually told I should've came home early from my cruise to have my nails fixed, and that's what travel insurance is for 😂 I will NEVER go back, they should get zero stars

I’ve been going to Espres Nails & Spa for a couple years now and over the past year, I’ve been extremely let down. Oftentimes, when I call to make an appt, someone will pick up the phone, not say anything, and hang up. I have also had appts made with a specific nail technician and will get to the appt with the nail tech just starting a service with a different customer. This forces me into two options: go with a different tech or wait way past my appt time.

I have looked at all of the reviews but I have had nothing but good service any time I have visited the salon. This has been a long standing business in Strongsville and I will continue to visit.

Never had a bad experience at this place until today. Daughter requested longer nails lady cut them said she would have to take all the nails off and it was too late. She wanted black French tip and lady forced her into red. My daughter is timid and was pushed over by this lady. When I called to either pay the difference for what she wanted or get a refund and have her nails completely removed the owner told me no and hung up on me. He sided with nail tech saying she’s been doing nails for 25 years and doesn’t make mistakes. Very unprofessional and upsetting one bad experience left an awful taste for this Salon. Daughter didn’t get the homecoming nails she wanted and owner was cold and cut throat not willing to talk to me just wanted to argue, talk over me, and hang up. We were willing to pay the difference for time and what she wanted or just have them removed and go to a completely different salon. Highly upset with how this was handled. Not to mention nail polish all over her fingers and how thick the nails look on her never had this happen before here won’t be coming back.

Horrible customer service.. Made an appointment for a pedicure at 5:00pm but was still waiting to be serviced at 5:25 while they finished walk in clients.. waste of someone’s time. I got up and walked out because at this point, what was the point of me making an appointment just to wait while walk ins get serviced during my appointment time? this isn’t the first bad experience ive had at this salon but this is definitely the last! ??
