I called in to Firestone around 9:30 AM after getting a flat tire to see if I could have it patched/replaced within the hour. I was told yes by Vince which is the only reason I brought my car to Firestone; a company I wasn’t planned on using again after I felt I was overcharged in the past by them. When I entered the building, someone else helped me at the front desk and told me my car would be done by 1-2 if that was okay. I let him know that I had actually called in prior to coming and Vince had assured me it could be done with about an hour turnaround and the front desk then said 11 AM. I confirmed he said 11 AM and thanked him. I called about five after 11 AM to double check it was all done and I spoke to Vince again, who acted as though we hadn’t spoken prior, who told me they hadn’t done anything with it yet and gave random reasons as to why. Even after replaying our conversation and then the second conversation I had with the person who was at the desk when I arrived, I was given a few more explanations as to why it wasn’t done. I’ll be picking up my car now with no services completed because this company doesn’t keep their word and makes blind promises to people without knowing whether or not they can accommodate those promises.

Don't go there. Despite the very exaggerated prices, they have no respect for appointments or people's circumstances. I booked an appointment online at 1:00 and when I went at the appointment time, he told me I had to wait and he has no idea about online appointments. He even looked at me with arrogance, maybe because I am colored. So I don't advise anyone to go there because neither I nor my friends will go there forever.

Stay away from this shop!
Charges double the price for parts. You are better off taking your car elsewhere for repairs!
They over charge you…then since it's so high in cost, you have to fall for their credit card scam and sign up because they will magically make some charges disappear. Presto!
Maybe just stick to ripping people off for tires ??

Worst experience ever! Had a 1pm appointment for tire installation. There were 2 later appointments who came in after me and we were taken care of and were back on the road within an HOUR! It is now 3pm and they haven’t even started my vehicle! Had to ask the guy are they gonna get started soon and he had to go in the back and check!! I hate This place and will NEVER come back! My first experience was terrible as well, but I thought it was Because of the type of tires I had and it needed extra time to install and that’s what took them 2 days to complete it. came back with my other vehicle and I got The same treatment! I will Never come back to this place. Wasted my entire afternoon. No one acknowledged me no updates nothing! Just terrible service . I’m guessing because I used Caradvise (prepaid service) they don’t prioritize those type of customers. Terrible customer service here I cannot stress that enough. They provide “excellent customer service” to the people they choose to provide it to. Not everyone

I brought my vehicle here for extensive repairs needed to the suspension and left front wheel/tire due to hitting a curb. I was very impressed with the hardwork and knowledge of the team members and their level of communication and concern for me and my vehicle. The process of working with my insurance company was very tedious, but Firestone remained kind and persistent and stayed on top of my claim. I will definitely be back next time I need service. Thanks Chuck, Vince, Kevin and the entire team!
