Everything was good. I just really wish the bathroom didn’t look like a biohazard. It’s in need of a desperate deep cleaning. Bathroom is gross but service was good. For some reason it was also cold like the heat was off.

Setup appointment for same day, very convenient. Repair was a simple plug the rear tire. However the tech notified me the front tires need to be replaced. I chose to price the tires before moving forward. Thankfully there wasn’t any pressure with my decision

Chuck & his staff were outstanding. They listened to what I told them was wrong. Checked it out & came back to talk me through everything they found, what needed to be done & what didn't. Gave me the total cost before they started & the time to fix it & actually got it done early.Great job & customer service!

Dropped off tire to have new valve stem put in and they put it in there put tire disposal charge on bill and i never bought a new tire. Shady

The service Advisor Vince and the Technician David they are so awesome! My daughter had a flat tire on Sunday morning and when I called they said they were a bit backed up but they would look at the tire and see if they could fix it. Well it wasn’t fixable! I got 4 new tires at a reasonable price and they made sure I had my daughter car back before they closed. I would send any of my friends and family there anytime.Thank youMirella

I asked if they had any specials currently going on when I called to schedule my old change. The woman on the phone told me I could get $25 off if I spent $100. I asked them if they had any other services to get me over the $100 mark such as a fluid change. She said they would let me know when I came in. About 5 minutes later a man called back to dpublc check i was coming in for my appt in a few hiurs. I said yes and asked him the same question about what all i could get to recieve the discount but not spend too much (I gave him a $150 max to spend). He too told me he would let me know when I came in. When i stopped in to check my car I spoke to the same man and he told me they would let me know after they looked at the car so I told him again, okay I would like something else changed like the brake field or whatever really that seemed necessary to get the discount but not to spend too much. I told him it had been about 20k miles since I last had these types of fluids changed so if not necessary could he possibly check my oil pan as I thought it might have a slight leak and if he found it did could they possibly change it or fix it. He said no problem. When I returned he told me my total which was only for the pill chance and the inspection of the car. When I asked about the other items I requested he said, oh yeah you do have a rusty oil pan. I can fix it the next time you're in for an oil change. I've been taking my car to these guys for the last 2 years and this same gentleman always seems to be clueless about any car questions I have. Thanks for telling me you would fix this and then not doing it. Time to find a new oil change place...

I try not to exaggerate the ratings but I'd an appointment at 4:15, I was there till 7 and the 3 services requested: brake fluid change (nope), air filter change & cabin filter change, and oil change didn't even get completed after 3 hours of wait.Additionally, I asked 3x do not start working on my car till you find out if the expenses are covered by Carvana, didn't not listen. I asked twice how much is oil change, did not answer and did the oil change. Afterwards, tell me it is $100 for hybrid synthetic but recommended for my vehicle is normal. Thanks! That information would have been helpful BEFORE the oil change.I even got a Carvana credit card, not to waste the $50 off on useless overpriced oil change as the clerk carelessly mentions - "Dont worry, oil change is just 50 for you".After making me wait for an hour and a half, he asks me, so did you get a hold of carvana? Umm, no I told you 3 TIMES to get a hold of them as you are supposed to. Also felt like he lied about checking my tire pressure as he was freaked out when I asked him closing time if he checked the pressure and tires still dont feel good.Worst service ever. Never coming back. I might cancel the credit card too..Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Husband had oil change done here. When we looked at receipt we noticed it was different than the previous one in regards to oil filter number. Called pennzoil and was told the filter used at previous appt was not correct. Will not be going back.

Worst company and product ever leave bad feedback and there care team passes you on and stuffs the situation in your butt. There warranty is garbage. Do not use this company. There warranty department suggested Conrad's lmao what corporate mind has allowed this to happen ? The worst and worst ever. Soon you will close your doors for the last time
