Where to start. I’ve been going here for about 2ish years. It’s a little far from me, but worth it every single time. Whether I get meals, energy drinks, my supplements or protein….i never complain about bad prices or experiences. Even my toddlers get something to snack on. The owners Abby and Dan are stellar and down to earth and really care about you, your family, and your needs for coming in. Give them a shot! They don’t miss! Thanks foundation, see ya soon!

My Trainor recommended I visit Abby at Foundations for muscle soreness and overall health supplements. Chose the Beverly Glutamate select powder and WOW! 1 scoop in 12 oz of water and I woke the next morning feeling GREAT!! This supplement relaxed me so well that I fell into my REM sleep and stayed there all night long ( which has been a struggle ). I woke feeling GREAT!! Muscle soreness gone!!!!Thank you Abby and to my Trainor Suzie at Extreme Fitness in StrongsvilleOH! did I mention it taste great too! Black Cherry flavor.?

On a weight loss journey and overwhelmed by non stop hearing you need protein in your diet. But then being overwhelmed by what protein to pick up! Foundation RX Ohio is your place… 1 hour drive for me and I will do it again, planing on it very soon. Abbey is wonderful, the vibe of the store is welcoming & product selection you can’t beat it! . Protein Ice Cream being made thanks to Devotion powder bought from Foundation RX! Thanks again

Love this place. So glad I found it. I needed my Alpha Lion products and didn’t want to order from their website and wait for shipping. Looked up and saw that Foundation RX carried them. Took the trip and they had everything I needed in stock.

I am DEFINITELY NOT the person that leaves reviews even when service is terrible but my experience with the owner and her husband WAS HAND’S DOWN THE B.E.S.T EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED SINCE I CAN’T TELL YOU WHEN ESPECIALLY SINCE COVID HAS BEEN AROUND the owner was EXTREMELY HELPFUL she even looked up the product online that I was looking for because she doesn’t carry it in her store and when I went to pick up the product that I did purchase from them I dealt with her husband and he is a GREAT PERSON ALSO he actually took time to watch a video with me to make sure that I was getting the exact product that I was looking for even with another customer in the store I never felt rushed by him he explained everything to me made sure that I was satisfied and had everything that I needed so I felt that I HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW BECAUSE HONESTLY PEOPLE AND SERVICE LIKE THIS TODAY IS SOOOOOOO FAR AND FEW BETWEEN THAT I WANTED TO GIVE THEM THE RECOGNITION THAT THEY DESERVE AND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL I CAN GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS

The owner and his wife are both extremely knowledgeable about the product lines they carry and work with several of the top trainers and dietitians. Always friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and they don't pressure sell. They have a computer for body fat measurements too. Best in Cleveland area.

Great place, the man at the register was very helpful with helping me pick out what type of supplement will help me the best. For now on will be going there when I need to buy more protein powder/pre workout powder. 10/10 would recommend.
