I've eaten at a lot of fast food restaurants, in my 56 yrs of living this place by far is the ?, the Manager and staff was great, which made the food THAT MUCH BETTER, thanks so much for your service.

What on earth is going on what your drive thru? I waited 10 minutes to order and 15 mins to get my food. Does more than 1 person work here? I sat here long enough that I had time to look up the reviews and see that this is pretty typical for this place.

Both times I came here. No cars in the drive thru. Barely any in the parking lot. Both times had to wait almost 10 minutes to get my order taken. Food wasn’t worth it

Went to the drive-thru and sat there for 5 minutes. Nobody ever came over the speaker to take our order, and there were no other cars in the drive-thru. We left - at least say "I will be with you in a moment" and acknowledge us. Highly disappointing to see this in other reviews as well.

Food was very fresh and absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly. Overall great experience, will definitely be returning.

Our first visit, loved the hot chocolate shake and hot dogs we had for lunch. Strongsville location was very clean and inviting. One thing, someone might want to finish taking down the Christmas ribbon on the ductwork in the ceiling.

Burger and fries over salted and fries have an old super greasy taste. I’m sorry but I can’t eat your food. Over priced also.

Love their hot dogs! Onion and mustard is my favorite! Also have a veggie burger on their menu. Onion rings greasy but ok. Very friendly workers!!!!

Take the kids on Tuesday it’s “family night” the kids get a free plain frozen custard with the kids meal. The manager didn’t seem to know about this promotion last time we were in. But he found the button in the system to make them free. So you’ll probably have to ask. But my kids love this placeKid-friendliness: Kids menu, family night on Tuesday with free free custard for the kiddos

Drove all the way from Cleveland, after seeing spot on Fox 8 . Paid $24.00, to get home, with a salt filled, burger, large order of cheese curds that were just too salty to eat. The Peppermint shake, was great, as were the onion rings. Can you please stop with the salt, it’s horrible. That was my first time trying your food. This was a really bad experience. No SALT… please!

Don’t ever work for this company I only worked there for two days and the manager told me I wasn’t a good fit for the company all because I wasn’t moving at a fast pace when it comes with time. I was approached by this other customer who comes in every week and told me they can’t get people to stay for more than a week and every week she comes in notices a different person working there, well I can see why they can’t get people to work there. They only pay 13.00 an hour despite the fact that I have my chef and restaurant certificate they were still paying me that vs everywhere is paying 14-15 an hour for minimum wage and fired me after only two days of working there because I wasn’t moving fast enough. They don't give people a chance and should remove their applications from indeed if they aren’t going to give people a chance. In addition to that, their burgers and fries tastes horrible and the managers there have a bad attitude. The other manager is immature who fired me for only working there for 2 days and looks like he could be a high school student. One manager told me the dress code policy how I should be wearing black jeans, black shirt, with a belt and the shirt has to be tucked in that’s fine if everyone follows that rule but not everyone was and this company shows favoritism. The other girl who works there was wearing black sweatpants with a pair of crocks it’s ok for her to wear that but it’s a problem when one day I came in with only wearing the wrong shoes and I was literally sent home all because I wore the wrong shoes vs the other girl can get away with wearing sweat pants and crocks? it was all because she was friends with the manager. I’ve never worked for such an unprofessional company before in my life. From day one when I started working there I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I was trying to have conversations trying to get to know the people who I’m working with while we were slow and was yelled at to get back to work when we were so dead that I got done with everything as far as wiping down all the tables and chairs and taking out the trash. I tried sweeping up the kitchen and got yelled at for that because I was told I needed to be upfront by the cash registers even though I could clearly see who walks in. I even went as far as to ask the manager if there was anything else that needed to be done and she shrugged her shoulders or if anyone needed help with anything I was willing to help out. It was bad for me to have a conversation with a new person who started working there, but here’s both the managers who were sitting in the office just talking and doing absolutely nothing including my manager who fired me after only working there for two days who looks like a high school student and is clearly immature and shows favoritism and the other one who kept on criticizing me the whole time when I worked there. I understand constructive criticism but I was constantly getting criticized and never even had a smile on their faces when they would see me walk in or welcome me there or try to talk to me while I’m working. Wow, I’ve worked at Tacobell and other fast food places and never had any problems other than when I started working there.
