The only thing more unreliable than the McDonald’s ice cream machines is the Strongsville Get Go’s air compressors. At this point just remove them if you’re not going to service them! Really!

Gayle behind the register is always very nice. The kitchen (Jim?) always makes great sandwiches as well. Great place to stop!

Great staff, helpful and friendly. The only issue I've had twice is not being able to do a cash deposit at night for PayPal or Chime. Also, prices are crazy high - even higher than prices at Giant Eagle which owns/operates GetGo locations. But that's the premium you have to pay if you choose to pick up a couple grocery staples there. Cheers!

Went there this morning bought a breakfast sandwich, went to pay for it the bill was $5.98 gave the cashier a $20.00. I left counted the money went back inside, I told her I only got $4.02 back that she owes me$10.00. She opened the drawer and said she had one ten dollar bill and gave it to. Which she didn't probably pocketed the$10.00

Place is never clean when I go in there. I’m afraid to touch counters/handles. We were charged extra for a plastic bag that we didn’t receive and then when I asked for a refund for it I received a snobby reply from the old lady in the kitchen. The food she made was disgusting. I watched her pull it out so I don’t know why it tasted like it was sitting all day. The size of the chicken strips were tiny (I have gotten them from the Brunswick location before so I know this isn’t normal). The fries were soggy. I will stick to the Brunswick location from now on. This location is a joke.
