Stylist: Decided to go back to Great Clips, had a bad experience at another location. Went to the Boston Road location. My stylist Hannah, did a great job. Had a haircut & shampoo. Very nice young lady. Going to try and request her when I visit in the future. Thank you Hannah.

I have naturally curly hair and there's a lot of it. For it to curl nicely I need a cut that is layers-it's in my profile. Prior stylists have asked if I wanted thinning shears used. I ALWAYS say no. The last time I went the stylist just used thinning shears without asking. Now I have no curls. Thanks for ruining my hair. I have no idea when or if I will ever get my curls back. I don't get exactly what's so hard about cutting layers in hair (aside from it takes time) but I've consistently had issues getting what I want at this salon.
