“I can't say enough AMAZING things about AOK Fitness and the owner Kim and all of the instructors there. This place is truly amazing. From the very first day I walked in everyone has been so kind, encouraging, and welcoming. I am feeling SO strong and SO much better. I have been suffering from a previous neck injury and have been extremely scared to workout again but being at AOK has only made me stronger and will only help heal me. Every time I go there I have a huge smile on my face through the entire workout and love how much I am pushing myself. It's such an amazing environment, the studio is extremely clean and decorated impeccably, and they have such an incredible variety of classes they offer. There are many days I do multiple classes or go back a 2nd time later in the day because I love so many of the classes so much!! If you are looking for your new gym family and home you have found it, come check this place out you won't regret it!!! I am SO thankful my friend and I found AOK Fitness and thrilled to have just signed a 3 year contract... I am not going anywhere! LOVE this place!!!”

“Deli is an amazing manager! She greets me by name, is always smiling and makes me feel welcome. She knows her clients and makes the gym feel like home :) The gym is clean and the staff work hard. I do wish the upper management asked for feedback or really thought about our equipment needs before removing machines that were very consistently used. There is wasted open space that could accommodate more machines.”
