“This place is amazing! the whole staff knows what they are doing, and are extremely motivational. Ive had the pleasure of having multiple 1 on 1 sessions with Rhys, Paris, and Steph, and all three are awesome, and I will continue to go there for a long time.”

“I’ve been a member at Orangetheory for the past five years, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. The coaches, staff, and overall community have always made me feel welcomed, motivated, and supported. I really appreciate how Orangetheory continues to challenge me and help me stay consistent. Over the years, it has become more than just a place to work out—it’s a community that I’m genuinely grateful to be a part of. Thank you to everyone at Orangetheory for all the hard work, encouragement, and positive energy over the past five years. I highly recommend Orangetheory to anyone looking for a great workout”

“I can't say enough AMAZING things about AOK Fitness and the owner Kim and all of the instructors there. This place is truly amazing. From the very first day I walked in everyone has been so kind, encouraging, and welcoming. I am feeling SO strong and SO much better. I have been suffering from a previous neck injury and have been extremely scared to workout again but being at AOK has only made me stronger and will only help heal me. Every time I go there I have a huge smile on my face through the entire workout and love how much I am pushing myself. It's such an amazing environment, the studio is extremely clean and decorated impeccably, and they have such an incredible variety of classes they offer. There are many days I do multiple classes or go back a 2nd time later in the day because I love so many of the classes so much!! If you are looking for your new gym family and home you have found it, come check this place out you won't regret it!!! I am SO thankful my friend and I found AOK Fitness and thrilled to have just signed a 3 year contract... I am not going anywhere! LOVE this place!!!”

“I’ve been a member here for about 7 years now and this place is great, Mike the owner always keeps up with the gym, and is there all the time, everyone is respectful and cleans up after themselves too. This place has everything that you need and the convenience of 24/7 access.”

“There is not a better gym with a sense of community than this gym. Additionally, the value you get out of a membership is unmatched. Great coaches and a great workout. You will certainly meet many friends”

“Deli is an amazing manager! She greets me by name, is always smiling and makes me feel welcome. She knows her clients and makes the gym feel like home :) The gym is clean and the staff work hard. I do wish the upper management asked for feedback or really thought about our equipment needs before removing machines that were very consistently used. There is wasted open space that could accommodate more machines.”
