Jim Zupan In appliances was above reproach. I came in with my Mom as she was looking to replace all the kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and Jim was beyond helpful. My mom really didn’t know what she needed and Jim was right there being incredibly helpful. He didn’t upsell or try to push anything on us. He was straightforward and very very knowledgeable and even told us about features we simply didn’t need. We decided to get all the appliances and actually waited a couple days till Jim was back as we only wanted to work with Jim. HIGHLY recommend!!! (As a bonus, he would laugh at my stupid dad jokes lol)

Beware of items purchased for a discount at Strongsville Home Depot because apparently they can have a freaking mouse nest in them! We bought the pictured grill set 3/24/25 and took it home...not realizing until we took it home that there was mouse poop and a mouse nest in the box!!! We didn't even open the box! I am fuming because on Sunday we were touching that box and our daughter, thinking it was just a little dirty from sitting in their garden section! Mouse poop is a health hazard for those who aren't aware!! A little dirt won't get you sick normally, mouse feces on the other hand...
These were discounted items... So an employee saw how dirty they were, possibly knocked out mouse poop themselves, possibly saw this, and still put them on discount on the shelves.
We then went to return the item and the customer service lady was so unbothered by the fact that they literally sold us something with feces in it!! My husband told them that the other products looked just as dirty and should probably be removed from the shelf or checked...did she care? Nope! Just asked if he wanted a refund. So, buyer beware of Strongsville OH Home Depot!!! Beyond livid with this store right now!! Will not be returning.

There are several men named John working at Home Depot at the intersection of Sprague Road and Pearl in Strongsville, Ohio.
Service is a lost art still practiced at this location. Questions are addressed with your project in mind. John S in the door and window department is eager to help get what you need. John (“Tall John”) in the paint department is knowledgeable and also helpful.
I recommend Home Depot if you are interested in home improvements and need assistance.

Hello! We went in here looking for a toyota key that we had lost and asked a worker if they had seen it. The worker was named Jess. She is super kind! She checked with most of the workers to ask if someone had called them. They said no, and she continued to look for it. She was trying her hardest to find it, but we couldn’t. We thought that the worker that said she had seen it, was another workers key. Although we didn’t find it, we gave Jess our phone number and name so if they did find it, they could give us a call and we can come get it. Huge shoutout to Jess and all the other workers trying to help. This place is highly recommended!

This review is just for Bianca G.- Customer Order Specialist. We have been designing our kitchen now for almost 8 months . It has been problem after problem but Bianca has been there to save the day for every single problem. I have never had anyone at Home Depot help as much as Bianca has! She makes sure things are done correctly and is always soo kind through it all. We don’t know what we would’ve done if Bianca wasn’t there . We are truly appreciative of all of her help !Home depot needs more Bianca’s!

Order flooring online and couldn’t fulfill my order. Gave me two different colors of flooring. Now after 90 days they said I can’t return it when I kept the receipts and it’s their fault for giving me the wrong order. Now I’m SOL.. Will not be getting my business again!
