I just saw a Yelp review complaining about the wait times. Who uses yelp to review a bank? Banks are understaffed, pretend you’re at cedar point and grow up

Huntington is the worst bank I have ever used, and this location takes the crown jewel for incompetency. Can’t execute a transaction in under half an hour with 3 cars in line, and do not even remotely understand how to cash a check. Don’t take my word for it, just read all the other reviews of this branch.I will be switching to Chase bank this week, equally as many Chase locations as there are Huntington in the area and none of the incompetency.

Came to this branch 8 minutes before branch closes today May 20th, to open an account and deposit money. My schedule is tight and can only come on Saturdays. They don’t wanna open an account now as banker wants to leave early and said it might take more than 8 minutes. Very Surprised the bank doesn’t care about clients bringing money in! No wonder why some banks bankrupt nowadays..

Either they need more personal bankers, or those working here don't care about the people who come in. When I finally talked to one of the guys, he acted like I was really inconveniencing him. He had to get back to his computer

Will not be visiting this location. The business banker Sam,was so rude and rushed me when even setting up an appointment. Perhaps professional development training may help with his customer service. However, the teller who answered was very friendly and I appreciated this.

Attention EV drivers: if you're trying to charge at this location for an extended time during the bank's business hours beware of the sleazy Huntington manager/employee who may threaten to tow you as she's going to come up with a story that some customer supposedly complained about not being able to charge their car while going to the branch for a few minutes. That insecure bully obviously doesn't know how long it takes to charge an electric car at around 6 kw/hour. Take your business someplace else.

1 cashier would not take any customers, a 2nd one just started walking around, leaving 1 person to do everything and the ATM is broken

I work for a company which banks with Huntington. I opened a personal account to be with the same bank. Huntington puts 5 day holds on my paycheck even though it is a Huntington check and there are verifiable funds in the business account. Im sorry I switched to this bank.

This is the worst Huntington of them all. I won't call specific people out, but this location is terribly managed. Its unfortunate that Id rather pay money to get a document notarized rather than deal with the hassle of coming into this location. Thankfully i use alternative means but when I would make daily deposits, total amount was ALWAYS incorrect, causing me to go back in or call to correct. Complete waste of time. You are better off driving to ANY othe location.

While transacting business INSIDE with a teller I scraped the back of my hand on the plexigless shield, which peeled back 3.5 inches of skin. I STRONGLY recommend a colored marker be put across the bottom edge to make them more visible. The teller was kind, she bandaged me up and apologized. Older folks (especially if they take blood thinners) with thin skin are high risk in this circumstance. Please put VISIBLE markers on clear plexiglass shields, it's very important!

I’ve banked with Huntington since 2007 and have nothing but positive feedback throughout my entire duration here. I like the new stand-by cash feature as well.

I stopped in for a notary yesterday on a car title. Both myself and the new owner of the vehicle were present. The banker Giovanna provided a stamp for the seller portion of the car title for me, however refused to do the title application below for the new owner. She stated to me that I need to have that done at the title bureau. I then advised her that she was notarizing my signature and that myself and the new owner are acknowledging that the information on the document is true. I am a notary as well and have completed both sections on a car title as long as both parties are present. She then went to the manager of the branch who I can hear telling her I was completely wrong and that they cannot provide the notary for us after we have signed the title application. I have confirmed at the title bureau that a notary can complete top and bottom sections of a title as long as both parties are present, that’s why there are two sections to notarize and place a stamp. I suggest that the management team work with this branch to have their team mates retake the notary class and also teach better client servicing behaviors as this was a negative experience for me and from the looks of it other clients in other comments as well.

had a banker go ask about how to help me and could clearly hear the lady, who I would assume is the branch manager, making fun of my mother and I. she finally came over to speak to us and treated us as if we were stupid and was incredibly snotty from the getgo. if you want to make fun of a customer, you should probably make sure your door is closed :)

Lindsey deserves an award for her patience with the customer in front of me. Holy smokes, you guys deal with some real crazies. 5 stars because somehow y'all kept it together with hillbilly Santa's tenant stories. I would have laughed. Great professionalism with some of Strongsville's finest residents.
