The tellers were extremely nice to me. The personal banker ( not sure if she was a manager or not- was not very nice. She acted like I was bothering her and answered me like I was an idiot with every question I asked, Not an overall pleasant experience!! Will go to Brunswick from now on.

What kind of bank doesn’t do a change order? After asking “is it for a legal reason or just this bank can’t do change orders?” I got told “it’s just key bank.” I wasn’t a member of key bank and now I certainly won’t be nor will I recommend it since it clearly doesn’t care about gaining customers either.

They will close your account with no explanation. I recommend staying away from KeyBank as they cannot be trusted with your hard earned money. Additionally, their fees are much higher than all other banks in the local area.

We didn't like the processes this bank does for unauthorized payments. Had a company take money from me and bank gave it to them anyway after me fighting for it and over drafted my account. No 24hr grace period, got overdraft fee for being negative almost $1 not even seconds after it happened. Account got hacked and bank still let the transactions go through and won't pay me back. Terrible app updates. No quick balance button on the app gotta sign in every time just for balance check. Bank giving away our unauthorized money is why we leaving this bank.

My husband has had a credit card with KeyBank for 4 years. We have never been late with a payment. Our last payment was due 11/23 and we mailed it 11/16. For whatever reason, KeyBank didn’t cash the check until 11/26. We were subsequently charged on the next statement both an interest fee and late fee. My husband called customer service to get an explanation and while they could waive the late fee, the interest fee $40 still applied. As clients that spend frequently with no extended balances, we were upset the $40 interest fee wasn’t waived (I get it’s a small amount but we feel it was a lack of customer service on their part, especially if they wanted to grow our banking relationship). We closed the credit card account as we were given no explanation by the relationship manager on why a one time interest charge exception couldn’t be given to our account. Take your money and bank elsewhere.

Terrible bank, terrible place to work. Closed my account said I was a risk... but won't provide me any details. Do not bank here. Their app sucks, there mortgage process is awful with 90 day turn times. The home equity center can't close a door. They are so unorganized.

I came into KeyBank for a meet and greet event with Cav's players Larry Nance Jr and Larry Nance Sr. The entire staff was very nice, welcoming and accommodating to fans and banking customers. From the Branch Manager to Employees, very friendly and had fun with the fans and costumers alike!!!! #BannerGirl Thank you guys for the amazing seat's to the game last night and how awesome you guys were when I picked up the tickets for the best seats I've ever sat in. Win or loose amazing game, amazing time and a big thank you to your amazing staff dealing with us#Fans

Stay away from this key bank office. The staff and the branch manger in particular are very very rude to their customers. They are not interested in helping you out. All they care about is themselves. I canceled my account after just one week of opening it becuase of how awful they were to me.
