I've ordered mulch and firewood from them. The mulch was fine. Very good quality and I'm very happy with it. The firewood came covered in mud and was very wet. Not seasoned. Further, there were many large pieces that weren't split, this is the worst firewood I've ever gotten.Edit: Kurtz called me and they made it right. I appreciate them taking accountability and doing the right thing.

Very inconsistent sizes. 1/3 of half of a cord was very wet. Some pieces must have weighed 25lbs. Even bought a moisture meter for wood to check the moisture. Many were around 40 percent moisture.

With a last minute request for mulch to help the Berea Historical Society & Garden Club, Kurtz Bros & Meg Hannibal went way beyond. Confirmation of the order, timing, location for the drop were ALL done exactly as requested. I was contacted the day before on timing & again everything perfect. Great people & will use them again! Thanks Meg!!!

4 stars only because they wouldn't cross a sidewalk that's being ripped out anyway(witch I was notified of before ordering) besides that it's a very quick process on the phone and they showed up on time with excellent quality product only 2 small rocks in the whole 2 yards I got that's better than all companies I've used in the past 15 years will definitely be ordering more next spring.

Every year (at least 5 years now) we buy firewood from Kurtz Bros. The wood is always great. Well seasoned and burns great. They deliver it to my house and always do so within a day or two. Friendly staff, great service!

I have been shopping here since it was owned by Landmark at 14yr old!They were very kind and gave me a contractor rate even though I was not an official business! Ever since Kurtz bought them out, it has been fantastic and have great prices!The material is amazing and the team there is even better!They have gone above and beyond for us, made very early deliveries, and always make sure we are happy !When we have to go to other supply yards outside of the Strongsville area, we are so disappointed and always are you that they are not giving us a full yard! Kurtz over delivers!!!

Purchased 10 yards of the Nutriblend compost for my vegetable garden. Something is off about it as everything that I have planted since has either died or been severely stunted. I have had this garden for 20plus years and never seen anything like it. Garden is ruined by this I would avoid this product. Posted a review on their site and it magically disappeared
