Allstate responded very quickly when I requested another quote in possible changing to a new Insurance company. Laura's group came through in a hurry and was low on the insurance so we decided to go with Allstate. Great to work with and easy too>>Thanks Laura Rohrbach

While buying a new car, I was extremely dissatisfied with my with my new Allstate agent (Over the previous 50 years, my last three agents had retired and this was a new guy, who was totally unacceptable). I contacted a friend, Susan Johnson, and she recommended Ashley Puhalla at your agency. I was extremely pleased with Ashley. She immediately took care of my issues, and was very professional, helpful and pleasant, and convinced me to also use Allstate for my homeowners insurance. I really couldn't ask for a better agent. It was a pleasure working with her, and I will highly recommend her to my friends and family. You are fortunate to have her on your staff.

Being so busy with life and everything I didn’t realize my rates drop due to things falling off my name another company called and offered to give me a free quote which was $120 less every month I can’t believe I didn’t realize this sooner.

When we started insurance from Allstate insurance thru this agency in February 2022, she said that Allstate just had a large increase in December or January. So the new quote should be good with no increases for a while. I have not had any tickets since 2001 and that one was a bogus last day of the month ticket. Anyway our new policy prices went up an average of 20% per vehicle on 3 vehicles. We only put about 2000 to 3000 miles per vehicle since we are retired. So that means that Allstate has had 2 major increases this year alone. Someone has apparently not told us the truth. We told the agent that we did not want any tracking as it is invasive. She did the pricing of our policy without the drive wise discount. We are in our early 60’s and my wife laugh’s at me because I drive with my hands at 10 and 2 on the steering wheel. Also Allstate was harassing us non stopping for the first 4 weeks to down load their drive wise app. We called this agency to complain about this harassment. It continued until we called them 2 weeks later saying if I get one more harassing email, that we will cancel their insurance coverage. Well, this is a TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!! We are definitely shopping for another insurance company as we are 6 months in and now we are out with broken a promise. We will never be back with ALLSTATE for anything unless they can be honest and true to honest and safe driving people like us. By the way our credit rating is some of the best in this country.
