Daytime cashier is not friendly at all. She made fun of me and should not be working in public. I will never go there again and encourage others to do the same.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR SERVICE! My girlfriend was having car noises in her car for over a year and she went here every time she needed maintenance on her vehicle. Al, the owner, said her car was fine and the squeaks on the passenger side was "Nothing to worry about." I knew that sounded bad but I'm no car guy so we trusted Al. Yesterday, we turned out of a driveway and on the right side the lower ball joint control arm and swaybar links broke right into the wheel well. When dealing with mechanics it is always important that they are very thorough with their work when it comes to safety this is something that could have caused a very bad accident. This guy is getting older and has admitted to being in the business for over 40 years. While this would normally be a good thing I believe it is causing him to miss very important and safety issues on cars. I would not recommend using this place for vehicle maintenance.

My Dad took all his cars here for years and I've followed suit when able too, Al has always been upfront and honest and never puts pressure to feel the need to have to get certain things done right away. The staff is always great. Highly recommend

I took my car for service at the marathon in Strongsville, I was told that the water pump needed to be replaced, a month after they replace the water pump I’ve noticed that I was having the same issue with the car, so I took it in since I had a year warranty, I was told that the issue was something different and refused to look at what the issue is because they don’t have special equipment for. I ended up taking it to a different Mechanic shop just to find out that it was indeed the water pump. The parts was not placed correctly and the house had fallen off because it was not connected right. They wasted my time and money I have to pay twice for the same issue that they could have fixed since it was not done right from there end and there employees… BETTER YOUR SERVICE!
