Nice craft store but as many other businesses, light on employees in the store. I saw 2 people in 30 minutes in the store.

The gentleman that took care of me needs to find a line of work that doesn’t deal with customer service. Customer service is definitely not his forte. When you tell me I said to call I hear we don’t want you here

Self checkout and the codes for coupons are garbage, close the stores and sell stuff on amazon. Nobody wants to work or help you.

Store was well stocked. However, we just could not bring ourselves to purchase the floral supplies we were looking for, because of the price. Regular non sale price was cheaper at Joann than the regular prices at Michael's, so we left and went there. Also some items were on sale, however the price was cheaper elsewhere. The store was clean and convenient, but we will probably not make it a priority to go there because of the pricing.

If you want to be followed around the whole time and hovered, go to this location. I wanted to get something to sow my daughter’s backpack, I thought I had what I needed. Get to the register, he asks me what I need it for I tell him. Has a worker help me, she does not leave my presence.. like if you showed me, explained , why won’t you walk away from me lol? She continues to hover me. I go in another isle to continue to look, I work a lot so I never really have time to shop so when I do go somewhere and see things I like I like to purchase random things. But she would not leave my side, I could touch her how close she was to me. I felt the tension, I just ended up leaving at that point, I wanted to spend a lot I seen so much I wanted. But I could feel the discrimination

Nice selection of picture frames in stock, with good pricing deals. I had to exchange my frames 3 times, and each time the associate was friendly, helpful and understanding.

Michaels does a wonderful job on their custom framing. The reason for 4 stars is I finally had to go in the store to check on my job after it was 3 weeks overdue. It was finished but nobody called me. I will say that they were very busy and this has never happened before.
