Went to Midas to get a battery replacement for my Subaru Forester. They charged 90 dollars for 20 minutes of labor to unscrew two bolts and to replace the battery…. Never again… I had to stop by as my old battery died but I had made the wrong choice by going to Midas.

I don't know what kind of business tells you to make an appointment, then calls you to tell you they can't keep the appointment and to make another one or call the shop... just to tell you they don't make appointments, it's 1st come 1st serve? Guess yall lost my business

They refused to honor a coupon and up charged my wife on an oil and filter change. Also tried to pressure her in to unneeded services. Be sure to know what services you truly need before coming to this establishment.

On one hand they did a fine job putting in my new muffler. But on the other hand it caused my check engine light to come on, in which case Ed was not willing to take care of it for me without charging me... Coincidence it came on after my muffler was put on?.... Don't think so!!!!

Excellent service, came asking for service and instead of just doing what I asked and letting me pay for something not needed showed me the real problem and even gave back up documentation to get fix by the original mechanic. Will definitely recommend and will use again.
