Mike at ACE was prompt to provide service and answered all of our questions. He really understood our concerns and needs. Movers were thoughtful, kind, and diligent. Ace Movers showed up early, worked super hard to pack boxes and load the truck. On the other end, they did the same thing in reverse. We paid for them to unpack the boxes, and it was money very well spent. We're so grateful to our hard working driver and crew.

First some background, I was in the military for over 27 years and we have moved 25 times over the years ( both while in and out of the military). About 6 months ago I had to take over for a sick friend during their interstate move. The driver who was in charge of their move from origin to destination was MJ Michaels with Ace Relocation Systems, Inc – Cleveland OH. I was totally impressed with MJ in every aspect of the move process. In all my moves I have never encountered a 10 out of 10 experience in each and every part of the move. His truck and van were spotless and looked brand new. Inside the truck looked just as impressive. It was spotlessly clean as were all equipment, everything looked like it was in a show room. All items were expertly organized, stacked and in place in the van. It looked like MJ was ready for the drill sergeant to come and inspect his vehicle and equipment. During the three days I observed MJ I reaffirmed my impression of him and his professionalism. He hand picks the crew that he hires to assist him and expertly manages them throughout the move process. I was so impressed that I made sure to get his contact information as I was contemplating a possible move for my wife and I in the near future. Now 6 months later I was relocating and needed a mover. I contacted Ace Relocation in Cleveland and insisted that if they wanted my business it had to be MJ as my driver and in charge of my move. To sum up my personal experience with MJ after my move – total professionalism, extreme courtesy, expert knowledge, the best care for your items, great communication, and on time every time. I cannot adequately express how totally perfect the move process was accomplished from the moment MJ arrived at our door and continued throughout the packing, loading, moving and delivering of our goods at our new location. I would like to thank the crew that made my move a breeze. First, to my agent Jarla who has been so patient and helpful to me since day 1. She explained everything and answered all of my questions even on weekends. Then the moving crew, Roger and Ken were only 2 guys but they were fast and efficient. All of my belongings arrived to my new place safe and complete.

I met with Casey Smith and found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a fantastic resource for information and guidance on a myriad number of operational issues and solutions. Unlike a lot of others, Casey doesn't go for the hard sell, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Casey and that you take a meeting with him, at the least.
